“First time in. Ordered the Acai Bowl for $10. It was absolutely delicious! Only complaint is the girl told me the spoon was in the bag. Got to my destination and it wasn't. I'll go back for sure again...and make sure I get a spoon.“
“This is the BEST local cafe in Frankenmuth! Make sure to grab a cookie and enjoy one of the wraps or bowls for lunch.
I never leave disappointed and I love bringing clients here.
Also, if you are in the mood for coffee...make sure to pick up one of owner Kennedy's seasonal specialty coffees. They are to die for!
Vegetarian options: There are food options for everyone as long as you ask :)
Dietary restrictions: While I stopped in a customer came in who is open about having diabetes. Kennedy made sure she had options available for this customer and the customer left very happy.
Parking: Large parking lot for the building.
Kid-friendliness: Every time I stop in I see a kid leaving with a smile on their face. Those cookies are the best and kids know it :)“

“Our family comes up for a Frankenmuth trip often at holiday time. We are coffee lovers and in the past we struggled to find good coffee up here! Not this time 😁 we went to your Saginaw location 3 times and the Frankenmuth one time during our weekend stay. And it was DELICIOUS everytime. The brown sugar roasted hazelnut coffee was superior. Everytime we come back, this will for sure be our coffee stop. Thanks for the great coffee! 💜“

“We asked for 2 combos. They haven't had large cups the last 3 times we've been in. He didn't listen and didn't ring us up for combos. Gave us ONE napkin for 2 people, and an almost $30 order. When I said we asked for combos the mgr refunded the entire order, to rering it as combos. So 2 holds were put on my credit card, instead of just FIXING THEIR MISTAKE. We will NEVER come back. Teach your employees to PAY ATTENTION and ring orders up correctly instead of treating your customers like it's their mistake when IT WAS YOURS. Very poor customer service. For the prices you charge, the service should be phenomenal. The manager didn't apologize for the mistake. Had an attitude and said "I don't know what was in your bag." Well you knew my order was $30 so it was OBVIOUSLY more than one item. Maybe they share napkins in her family, or just wipe their hands on their clothes. Idk. The food is not good enough to deal with consistently poor service. Bad service and overpriced food as your reputation is really stupid in a small town where EVERYONE talks.“
