This quaint, cute coffee shop is one of a kind!!!Small sitting area outside to enjoy your treats and car/ppl watch or sit inside or pull thru the quick drive thru!!!The staff helping me was beyond friendly, I felt like I actually knew them.... Helpful and kind.GREAT menu! I have to say this.... I ordered a Caramel/toasted marshmallow frappe, the flavors were EXPLOSIVE in the best way! “i really, really enjoy biggby coffee. they have a lot of unique flavors and offer plenty of choices of both drinks and snacks throughout the year. my biggest issue is that the service is always a hit or miss. there have been a handful of times where i would have to wait for my drink because some of the baristas are too busy quoting tiktok videos to each other, and other times i am in and out within 5 minutes. overall, this location is my favorite, but i wish service was a bit better.“
“It's been 4 years since I've had Tropical smoothie because tragically they closed the ones in Florida and then moved to Michigan and I noticed they had one here. OMG!!! Just the taste of the smoothies...I could die in bliss right now!!! SO GOOD!! Turkey panini was so amazing!“
“Love tropical smoothie, love the smoothies, love the food! I love the Baja bowl, please bring it back soon! Downside- the kids don't always give me straws for my smoothies in the drive thru, and I've had kids forget my sides a few times. I'm sure it's an honest mistake. Also, how do I know they really replaced with Splenda if they don't write it on the cup? Considering I have had sides forgotten and I know how teenagers are, I feel like if it's written on the side then it was substituted like I asked for. Normally they write it on the side, but lately they have not been, I'm trying to be sugar conscious. I normally go about 2 times a week to the drive thru location.Also want to mention the 2 guys that work there right now are nice and greeted me nicely. There's some girls that just grunt at me when I say thank you, when I pick my food up.“

“First time to visit this unique ice cream place. We were pleasantly surprised of how nice the setup is with having lots of room outside for enjoying the treats. Also, the interior is very clean and the service is great. The ice cream was very good as well (it was just right). Next time we are in town, we will visit the Cottage Creamery.“
