Worst KFC I ever had.. The lady at the front was nice and kool only reason I gave two stars. But the crispy chicken look like it two days old and it wasn’t crispy at all.. How the cook still has his job is beyond my comprehension.. I worked at kfc two years and I can’t even tell you how to even get chicken to look like that… Old batter and not changing his water when he dips the chicken and rebater it. Thats crispy chicken.. Trust me that’s not real KFC PLEASE DONT EAT CHICKEN THAT LOOKS LIKE THAT!

AVOID AT ALL COST. Came thru and got a simple chicken sandwich meal and fries and a drink, very slow to take order, very slow at the window, upon receiving my sons food, I checked the fries, they felt like they were last weeks fries, asked for new ones, was pulled ahead, waited 10 minutes, went in and was told id be waiting another 5 minutes because something else had to cook, finally was given our food, asked for my receipt so I could obviously leave a review, to which the young person that was working the window said you couldnt of asked for it at the window? I said well if I was given fresh food thru the drive thru I wouldn't even of had to come in, to which eyes were rolled and I asked for his name, he said his name was Justin, however receipt States Sean, so Justin or Sean, you SHOULD BE ASHAMED of your customer service, and its also not ok to give other names if they aren't yours. AVOID AT ALL COST, inside was dirty and the 100 year wait for 2 simple things was not worth it! Go elsewhere im sure other places in birch run would be happy to take your money.

Ordered 3 piece meal, had us wait for 15 minutes while other orders came and went. On finally getting the order was missing mashed potatoes and gravy!! They didn't even offer free chicken or credit..Worst customer service at a KFC i have ever seen!!

Terrible experience all around waited a few minutes for our order to be taken and even had to say hello for them to acknowledge us. Mind you there was only one car in front of us and they had already been pulled up waiting for their food for a minute. Had to wait another 5-8 minutes jist to get checked out and then was told to pull ahead to wait for our food which was another 5-8 minutes. When we got the food my sons kids meal wasn’t even hot maybe luke warm where he could eat it instantly which we always have to wait because it’s usually pipping hot was never given his drink or sauce we asked for my mashed potatoes were also luke warm and I was given no spoon to eat them with only think acceptable was my other half’s chicken sandwhich he said it was pipping hot and wrapped nicely very disappointed

I was mistaken, ordered online and waited an additional 12 minutes after I got there. Received lukewarm food with no sauces I ordered and the chicken taste like burnt fryer oil. Dining room was dirty

DIRTY! Didn’t even eat. Every window or piece of glass was covered in some sort of slime grime. Handrail in bathroom sticky and turned black. NO SOAP IN BATHROOM! How are employees washing their hands?! Flies, so many flies in the dining room. And dirty tables with no one inside, only were open for an hour?
Wouldn’t even want to see the kitchen. Go elsewhere.

I was told to pull to the side in the parking lot after going to the drive-thru in my food was not ready. I ordered a simple three-piece chicken strip meal which is the easiest fastest thing they have. I waited nearly 20 minutes before having to angrily get out of my car and go into the restaurant. The staff admitted that they in fact completely forgot about my order. This was not a takeout order it was a drive-through order. I got down the road and I was missing my biscuit. Just not a great experience will not patron this location again.
