Ordered a 10 piece of the new apple pie "bites," 2 out of the 10 pieces had pie filling, the rest were all dough...they don't even "try" at this location. You can tell it's just a job to the employees. Smh

Check your order if getting take out. They can’t count and don’t know the difference between large and small here. They won’t refund your money when they screw up and don’t apologize for it either. Don’t bother calling to complain they don’t answer the phone. I spent 30 minutes on the road round trip to have them make my order right and they seemed like I inconvenienced them. It’s no wonder they have the rating they do. Absolutely pathetic!

Stop there and got a chicken tenders combo and a chicken sandwich combo waited in the Drive-Thru for 9 minutes for my food when we got it there was a long piece of hair in our macaroni and cheese will never go here to eat again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone Birch Run KFC is horrible the people in the Drive-Thru look at you like your stupid for ordering chicken at KFC

Stopped for dinner, we were the only people there and still had to wait. Finally, we got someones attention and as she approached the register, she exhaled a puff of smoke! She was vaping or smoking in the building near the food! The food storage which was in view from the counter was disgusting, lids were not in the containers, it was all disheveled and gross. So gross I decided not to order.

Service was very friendly and kind, usually when I got to get my favorite 4 PC. Whole wing combo with mashed potatoes, and Mac N cheese there is a wait on the wings, not here which was a blessing I was starving lol. Thank you KFC and specifically patty the woman who helped me.

This was the first time I'd been to this location but will definitely be back when we're in the area. We ordered the extra crispy bucket meal and it was perfect nice and crispy and the meat even the breasts were still juicy and delicious. I was hesitant to stop there because the location near to our home wasn't very fresh tasting last time which maybe it was just an off day for them not sure but I do know the food we had at the birch run location took me back to kfc from when I was a kid..absolutely delicious the biscuits were soft and hot the coleslaw was perfect and so were the mashed potatoes and gravy. Thank you to whoever cooked our food and the lady at the window was polite and fast too. All around great experience. Thank you KFC.
