Birch Run MI McDonalds refused to fill my mobile order unless I was on site. I’ve been using the McDonald’s app for years and never had an issue with having my order filled at the location I selected. Today Burch Run McDonalds refused to fill my order because I wasn’t on site. I ordered a meal for a family member, paid for it and screen shot the code and receipt. They still refused to fill my paid order. Avoid this McDonalds, they selectively discriminate based on your location....read full review
Strawberry pies at $2.39 each they burn them every time whereas McDs in Frankenmuth are baked every time to a perfection...Birch Run needs to take lessons!!! Not coming here again.
I was there tonight ordered a big Mac was not made properly. 2 buns stuck together with nothing in between them. Cheeseburger was cold, fries were cold and Ask for my money back and Christie was rude
