I go here quite often and it's usually fine. But I was super disappointed yesterday when I ordered the largest Size venti ice Chi latte And the top inch of the cup was empty and the rest was just jam. Packed with ice with very little drink in it. The workers are always super nice and I always tip. It was just super disappointing with how expensive the drink prices are
I love this Starbucks and Shelby was great when I came to get my caramel macchiato! I stop here quite frequently and will always stop when I’m in the area! Thanks everyone keep up the great work!! ☺️

I typically go to this location and the service is always very friendly. Today was no exception, except they gave me a latte that was nowhere near full, I spent 35$ on food and drink and the two matcha lattes were not filled at all. The worker clearly was aware and just shoved them out of the window and peaced out. For the amount of money I spend on drinks here, you would think they would at least fill them.
