Went here around 1 pm on February 24th. Asked for a wrap and a strawberry acai lemonade. They said they were out of the strawberry açaí. Asked for a ham & Swiss baguette. They said they were out. Asked for a dragon fruit refresher. They said they were out of dragon fruit chunks, so the drink will look different. It was literally clear like water….. if they charge extra for more fruit chunks then we should’ve gotten a discount for that AND for the inconvenience of not getting 3 things that we would’ve liked to order. I’m not the type to be like this, but being out of 3+ things is ridiculous….I don’t know if it’s bad management or what…. But we were very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.

I typically go to this location and the service is always very friendly. Today was no exception, except they gave me a latte that was nowhere near full, I spent 35$ on food and drink and the two matcha lattes were not filled at all. The worker clearly was aware and just shoved them out of the window and peaced out. For the amount of money I spend on drinks here, you would think they would at least fill them.

I go here quite often and it's usually fine. But I was super disappointed yesterday when I ordered the largest Size venti ice Chi latte And the top inch of the cup was empty and the rest was just jam. Packed with ice with very little drink in it. The workers are always super nice and I always tip. It was just super disappointing with how expensive the drink prices are

Very disappointed! I placed an order on the app today to be picked up in the drive through. I arrived at the drive through window and was told there were seven app orders ahead of me and I could either circle around and go through the long drive through line again or I could park and go into the store to wait for my order. I asked why my order could not be made then and there since I was physically there in the drive through at that time and those other 7 people were not physically there at that time - the answer I was given was they could not do that - those web orders had to be made in order no matter what. I asked if I could just cancel my web order and just place my order at the window like a regular drive through order - they said no - they could not take an order at the window - I would have needed to state that request at the speaker. Well the situation was not spelled out for me when I pulled up to the speaker in the first place. I ended up canceling my order and getting a refund. In the time that was taken to explain everything to me and listen to my complaints of their extremely poor customer service and for the drive through attendant to ask her manager how to process the refund - they could have made my one grande coffee and I could have been on my way. What is the point of ordering on the app??? I will never order on the app again!

I was absolutely ignored. I stood waiting for 15 minutes before I just left. The cashier was not being allowed to escape the shift leader (she was giving her a list of things to do for close) to come and take my order. One employee was turning circles in front of the drive through window ignoring pretty much everything. The shift leader was tall, red hair in two low space buns.I am furious and I am really questioning why I would ever go to a Starbucks again.It was this past Wednesday @ about 4:00pm.12/13/2023
