Ordered two sundaes which were quickly served
I have never been overly impressed with this location over the years but today I felt the need to leave a review, since they are begging for one with a huge sign in the lobby. The Birch Run location has always given off low professionalism but that is not wholly due to the employees, a large part has always been the nasty signs the owners put up about one thing or another which all basically amount to, if you don't like it we don't care.
