Super awful at taking orders and getting them correct even after going over it about a dozen times. Went twice so far drive thru and sat down inside. Our orders were butchered. Some are very rude and huff and puff at helping you. I usually don't review but after this second quite awful experience I will never be coming to this dairy queen again.
When you are out of chocolate ice cream, you should tell the customer instead of giving them vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup in it, it's not the same!!! I don't like it! Had I been there myself, I would have asked for my money back.
