Nellie's Mac Shack is a food truck that serves amazing food. The smoked chicken tacos with bacon and coleslaw are some of the best ever eaten. The pulled pork Mac n cheese with homemade cheese sauce is delicious and the best Mac n cheese around. The pulled pork sandwich is perfectly smoked, and the rib tips are mouth watering. The sausage Mac is the best ever had. The mac and cheese is absolutely delicious, and customers get a lot for what they pay for. Customer service is great, with no long lines or long wait times. Nellie, the wonderful lady who runs the truck, is kind and showed great business etiquette. After a mistake with hours, she wholeheartedly apologized and offered free food. She also gave food to a customer whose new card did not work. People are happy to see her back and are anxiously waiting for her to open again.
