Going to be so completely honest i’m not a big reviewer, but I feel like I have to say something about my experience.

I used to eat here when they first opened, it was great. I haven’t been in years and decided to try it again for the first time in forever.

I went to order what I used to get, a very simple pita, just chicken, bacon, cheese, and bbq. Imagine my surprise when I’m told that it would be $26 for that. (I had to ask for clarification because I was not expecting that) So I changed my order to the chicken bacon ranch pita (literally the same thing with a different sauce) for $13. When I got to my car I went to eat because I had to drive home and didn’t want it to be cold.

Honestly, the food would have been warmer had I let it sit because it was literally colder than my ice water, the cheese was not melted at all.

I wish I could say I’d be going back but honestly I left embarrassed, annoyed, and with cold food. I won’t be back.

I ordered the super Greek pita. Most delicious pita I’ve ever had. Awesome stop right off the highway. Will most certainly return.

The mango smoothie is terrible. The Biggest waste of money. We stopped for dinner tonight and after we left we were getting ready to get gas at the attached gas station (maybe that should have been a clue) and my wife realized they never gave us my smoothie. Even though we were the only customers in the store and there were two staff working.

My wife came back with it as I finished gassing up the vehicle and I asked if we had left it on the counter and she said “No, they never made it, and she seemed very put out that she had to make it now”. (30 minutes before close and no one else in the restaurant).

We drove to our nearby hotel, walked up the 3 flights of stairs and I eagerly sat down to enjoy my smoothie.

I just want to say I love smoothies, especially mango smoothies. And I’ve made good smoothies and I’ve made bad smoothies myself. So I can understand mistakes happen.

But this smoothie?

Hands down the worst smoothie I have ever had in 50 years. By a long shot. The only thing accurate is that it was “smooth”.

It tasted like someone took a single small piece of unripe mango, put it with a bunch of ice in a nice blender and spit it out.

It is terrible.

And for $7? What a joke (on the customer).

My Gyro is ok, nicely sealed at the edges if eating on the road.

Ode to Athens bowl is very good. Wife loved it.

Total for those 3 things though?

$36 with a $5 cash tip.

Don’t waste your money.

You can do better in the snack aisle of the attached gas station.

The food was ok but pretty expensive. Two pitas cost about $26.

Fresh, healthy, and tasty! A nice find and a healthy alternative to all the fast food places by the highway. They also have vegan/beyond meat options 🥗 We also jammed out to some Phil Collins with the staff 😁

Drive an hour South and get real Mediterranean food or lebanese food this horribly disgusting. Please get rid of this. Do not unless you want to be sick for a couple days. White trash shwarma with too much pickle... get out of here. No place for you in birch run.

Service was superb and the Pitas were tasty and fresh. I was told this is the last Pita pit in MI. Do yourself a favor and eat here.

This was my first Pita Pit experience and the service was spectacular! The two ladies working on Tuesday were so kind and the food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

I went into Pita pit today and the woman that took my order was semi-friendly. Good thing I didn't like was I went to the restroom to wash my hands and when I came back the three employees were talking bad about their regular customers behind their back. These customers were not there to defend themselves and I think that that is a No-No to do in front of new customers.

So happy to see a pita pit open I miss them in Ohio. Is it frozen chicken, yes is it fast food also yes, the vegetables and sauces are fresh and delicious, at least it’s grilled on the spot and not held in a warming bin for potentially hours. People seem to expect Gordon Ramsay 5 Star gourmet out of a fast food restaurant it’s perfectly fine for what it is good value.

Falafel wrap was fresh and tasty. To make it vegan they subbed in hummus instead of tzatziki and omitted the feta. The kids and I agreed it was much better than Subway! Other reviewer mentioned impossible burger and black bean patty, I didn't see those listed.
