Walking in the diner is very nostalgic. Unfortunately our party wasn't seated in the area where we could all sit together. Even though there was only four other people in the whole restaurant. They had one sides of it blocked off (2 people were seated in this area). Didn't offer to open and just suggested we all sit apart. Food was average, prices were averaged to over priced for what was given. Service -wasn't much of it besides taking order and giving food and...
Took the kids to Comet Diner after a trip to the zoo. We were greeted right away by the staff, and our waitress was so friendly - she even took the time to chat with my kids, which they really enjoyed.
The food was amazing! I had the Reuben, and honestly, it was the best I've had in a long time - hands down. The kids loved their meals too, and we finished things off with some incredible shakes.

Needs a good cleaning. Place has gone downhill since I was first there 6 years ago. Overpriced and the mozzy sticks were still frozen in the middle.
