Charged me for 3 boba when the door clearly said buy 2 get 1 free mon-Thursday….it’s Thursday oct 10th nothing else that’s all the poster said I went inside to ask for my refund the lady said “actually you had to get 2 scoops of boba or the the drinks that were in the picture on the door” smh be more specific then I’m making a complaint beacuse the lady had additude with me do better

Scammers. Watch how much they charge you and ask for a receipt. It may be many dollars more than what the menu says. They try to make up excuses as to why it is more instead of correcting it. They tried to charge me for a double portion of boba when I was clear I just wanted one. They also charged me for one of the highest priced drinks on the menu when that’s what I didn’t order. An approximately $7 drink had an extra $3 added to it. It was not an honest mistake, it was deliberate and they made that clear. Absolutely insane.
Reply to owner: I was charged for a drink that I DID NOT order. The names are completely different. Written proof. You know you’re wrong. It’s okay, but own up to it.

This is fi the totally tea in the belden village mall. the boba its self itself is good, like 5 stars for that.. But they overcharge for EVERY THING. I got a strawberry boba. it was originally 5.99 which is fine. BUT they proceeded to charge you .75 CENTS for brown sugar, which also goes in there. and then irs another like 1 to 2$ for the boba THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO PUT IN IT. by the end if this order my overall charge came to like $10.45. do not go there !! :))

Amazing service in Birch Run!! Lilian was great. The taste was great. Great recommendations. Boba was fresh AF! They have things for babies and dogs. My new favorite boba spot!

Pretty good. They taste very sweet. I don't like popping boba so I was happy they have tapioca, but they put a little too much.

Awesome place for bobba tea's, do try them out, also they got some flavourful milk tea's. A great value for money.
