Charged me for 3 boba when the door clearly said buy 2 get 1 free mon-Thursday….it’s Thursday oct 10th nothing else that’s all the poster said I went inside to ask for my refund the lady said “actually you had to get 2 scoops of boba or the the drinks that were in the picture on the door” smh be more specific then I’m making a complaint beacuse the lady had additude with me do better

Scammers. Watch how much they charge you and ask for a receipt. It may be many dollars more than what the menu says. They try to make up excuses as to why it is more instead of correcting it. They tried to charge me for a double portion of boba when I was clear I just wanted one. They also charged me for one of the highest priced drinks on the menu when that’s what I didn’t order. An approximately $7 drink had an extra $3 added to it. It was not an honest mistake, it was deliberate and they made that clear. Absolutely insane.
Reply to owner: I was charged for a drink that I DID NOT order. The names are completely different. Written proof. You know you’re wrong. It’s okay, but own up to it.

This is fi the totally tea in the belden village mall. the boba its self itself is good, like 5 stars for that.. But they overcharge for EVERY THING. I got a strawberry boba. it was originally 5.99 which is fine. BUT they proceeded to charge you .75 CENTS for brown sugar, which also goes in there. and then irs another like 1 to 2$ for the boba THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO PUT IN IT. by the end if this order my overall charge came to like $10.45. do not go there !! :))

I had taro and Thai tea with boba. Everything was delicious and well put together. Friendly knowledgeable staff for their age which is always a plus in my book! Clean, great service and atmosphere. Tons of options to chose from. I would recommend. I would go back a thousand times but I don't live nearby.

So thankful to have found a place in the area that actually serves tapioca pearls, and not just popping jellies. After being made fun of from other shops from even wanting “something no one wants,” I was delighted to have found a place to get some real boba tea. It was wonderful. Thank you!

Tea ok but pricey. I was annoyed that a tip was added in....and a Tip cup sitting on the side. When I questioned this tip ,was told I must have pressed the wrong button equally annoying. Not for me after that.
