Love these salads, however it appears the Birmingham location is closed yet the google page isn’t updated. I have walked here from work twice in the past two weeks with lights off and locked doors, but no notice posted and no one to confirm with on the phone (other than being routed through automated messaging and then hung up on).

Delicious salad, the price was a little on the high end and I didn't know the salads came chopped as they are visibly marketed otherwise. However it was still really fresh and tasty. The customer service was fast and excellent. The place has a very open and clean kitchen and all the staff was properly dressed for contamination prevention with gloves and headwear.

This place is a 4 overall in my book but today I was disappointed to have yellowed kale and other yellowed greens in my $14 salad. This is mostly a lunch spot so make sure to have a backup dinner plan as their evening hours are very inconsistent.

So good! The only difficult thing is choosing what to order. Everything is delicious, fresh and made to order. Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly and helpful!

Good, fresh food but really inconsistent hours. We have showed up multiple times to a piece of paper being taped to the door saying they are closed. The hours seem to change frequently from being open on Saturdays to closed, to open until 5 or 6 to closing at 4 or earlier during the week. Hard to patronage a place we like.

Frequently closes before the stated hours. I have gone out out of my way to drive here 30-45 minutes before the stated closing time to arrive to locked doors and being refused service bc " we cleaned up already" 45 minutes before the closing time. This is unacceptable. Why have posted service hours when you aren't going to follow them? Other than this service is subpar. In the middle of having my order taken and made the associate stopped what she has doing to help someone who walked in with their order? Why not finish mine and then help the next guest instead of making me wait an extra 5-8 minutes for no real reason. I expect more.
I used to work right down the block from 7 Greens prior to working from home due to COVID, so I was a frequent visitor both for the location and the healthier food options. I have a specific salad that I like to build myself, and I have been missing it since I haven't been in the office in almost a year. I decided to order it and drive to pick it up. I ordered online, which was easy, and chose curbside delivery. Yet when I arrived I called multiple times and no one picked up the phone. Either the phone kept ringing or I was sent to a voicemail. I decided to go inside, and my order was just sitting on a table inside the restaurant and two employees standing behind the counter talking to each other. It's annoying because there are signs everywhere outside saying they offer curbside pick up and I tipped when I placed my order so someone would bring it out to my car. It's not a big deal for me to get it, but I was worried about not finding parking and there are people who can't physically go in to get their meal. Don't say you offer it if you're not going to even pick up the phone even though you're standing around inside. The food is always very good, but I still think it's expensive. My salad is $12 and it just has tofu for protein. I will always be a customer due to location but not so frequently now that I have to drive out of the way to pick it up.
