The cookie butter smoothie is the best smoothie I have ever had!!! I called today because I wanted the energize added to my smoothie but I have a coffee bean allergy. The girl I spoke with on the phone was sooo helpful and patient in finding out if I could have that supplement added on.Only thing was I ordered on Uber eats afterwards and they forgot my chips for my order :( everything else was great though.

My daughter was dancing at the studio next to this business and placed an online order to be ready by 12, as the dancers were given a specific lunch break. When she went to get her order it didn’t start getting made till 1230! Which then she only received the smoothie. She went up to the counter a few times asking if the food would be ready soon as she was running out of time. She didn’t end up receiving the food till 1:05!! And it wasn’t even cooked. She ordered a grilled cheese and it was cold bread and uncooked cheese! So she still had to send it back after an hour and 5 min of waiting. The service was terrible, the employees were totally unhelpful!

Wow… the experience here was below subpar. I do not understand why it takes 20 minutes to get a smoothie. And the people before me ordered smoothies and they still didn’t get theirs after it took me 20 minutes to get mine. Will not be returning to this location. I could’ve went to tropical smoothie came back and still would’ve been waiting on my smoothie to be made. SMH. Cannot forget to mention, the customer service… could’ve been better. Having to have a slight debate about how long it should take to make a smoothie… ehhh, shouldn’t happen. The girl told me they have a 20 min timing limit to make smoothies for people who walk in… I think a sign needs to be put up if that really is the case. I don’t think it is honestly.., BUT IF IT IS, a sign would be nice so I can decide if I want to possibly wait 20 mins for a smoothie or go somewhere else.

I tend to choose the curbside option because I don't want to chase my toddler. They have great customer service, although, they can get very busy and the wait is longer if you go during peak hours.

10/30/22 This morning, the head R&D chef was on Fox2 Detroit. Charlie Langton hinted a few times he wanted to try your detox smoothie you had sitting on the table. Typically people have Fox2 try their food on air. Maybe it was nerves, but the guy kinda snubbed Charlie. He totally ignored the request, no acknowledgment of it whatsoever.
Love this location, it’s a few minutes from my house so I come here often. Diamond, one of the team members, is hands down the hardest worker there, and she’s happy to be there it seems. I received my last wrap that didn’t shine and diamond was more than happy to help me out. Every time I come there she’s almost the only one I see working alone, and I hope management finds this review. It’s a pretty busy location so be prepared to wait, or call ahead to avoid one.

Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and they grilled it common knowledge is no one likes hot lettuce smh and they don’t say say it’s grilled

Employee Jessica (manager?) is a SUPER STAR. She's professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Food is always great from this location. Only "bad" thing is that the place is hard to find like a MF! If you can find it, you should DEF come out to this location.
