The food quality here has been consistently disappointing. The last three times I ordered, my food was incorrect. Most recently, I paid $20 for a Chicken Caesar wrap that didn’t have any chicken in it. I also requested no croutons, but it came with croutons anyway. On top of that, the dressing was leaking out and made the entire wrap soggy. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but I won’t be ordering from here again.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the level of customer service I received today. For approximately ten minutes, an employee named Curtis W. remained engaged with his personal phone, neglecting my request for assistance. This lack of attention significantly impacted my experience and resulted in an unacceptable delay in receiving the service I required. I hope this matter will be addressed to ensure future interactions are more efficient and customer-focused. Never coming back here!
