For approximately ten minutes, an employee named Curtis W. remained engaged with his personal phone, neglecting my request for assistance. This lack of attention significantly impacted my experience and resulted in an unacceptable delay in receiving the service I required. I hope this matter will be addressed to ensure future interactions are more efficient and customer-focused. Never coming back here!

I order take-out when I am in office. The last FOUR times my order has been missing either the grilled cheese or the salad or the salad dressing. It's a bit ridiculous at this point. The food is fine, but if you go the Birmingham location, I highly suggest you double check your order before leaving because there doesn't seem to be any attention to detail.

Iām new to the Birmingham location at 270 W. Maple but not new to Beyond Juice. Not certain Iāll go to this location again as I made 2 calls to place an order and was hung up on each time without anyone answering the phone. I parked and went inside the store - there was one other customer leaving and no one else there except 3 young employees. They couldāve cared less that I had to come inside to place an order and had no explanation for the hang ups and certainly no apology. Very disappointing!

Iām new to the Birmingham location at 270 W. Maple but not new to Beyond Juice. Not certain Iāll go to this location again as I made 2 calls to place an order and was hung up on each time without anyone answering the phone. They couldāve cared less that I had to come inside to place an order and had no explanation for the hang ups and certainly no apology. Very disappointing!

Everything I have had there is really good. The only bad thing is during busy times you might have to wait longer than usual as they are making orders for in store, online, and their app.

Idk why I didnāt ask this girl to change her gloves but she was playing on her phone with gloves on and proceeded to make my smoothie with the same gloves. I thought this was common sense. The point of the gloves are that the gloves are clean so when youāre playing with your phone or hair or scratching your face, you must wear new gloves. I took the smoothie as my stomach turned and Iām throwing it away because Iām a germaphobe and you ruined my day and I wasted $10.
