I’m new to the Birmingham location at 270 W. Maple but not new to Beyond Juice. Not certain I’ll go to this location again as I made 2 calls to place an order and was hung up on each time without anyone answering the phone. I parked and went inside the store - there was one other customer leaving and no one else there except 3 young employees. They could’ve cared less that I had to come inside to place an order and had no explanation for the hang ups and certainly no apology. Very disappointing!

Everything I have had there is really good. The only bad thing is during busy times you might have to wait longer than usual as they are making orders for in store, online, and their app.

Idk why I didn’t ask this girl to change her gloves but she was playing on her phone with gloves on and proceeded to make my smoothie with the same gloves. I thought this was common sense. The point of the gloves are that the gloves are clean so when you’re playing with your phone or hair or scratching your face, you must wear new gloves. I took the smoothie as my stomach turned and I’m throwing it away because I’m a germaphobe and you ruined my day and I wasted $10.

The juice was very good but service not great. 3 kids working in the back while I stand there waiting to be acknowledged for about a minute. Juices are almost ten bucks and then you’re asked if you want to leave a tip 15%, 20%, 25%?

I had been craving the cilantro wrap and a smoothie for a while now. Went to this location instead of the one downtown Birmingham... sooo disappointing. Besides the guy who helped me, there was no customer service. I had stood there for so long without anyone acknowledging me when I went to ask about my wraps. After I ordered my wraps, maybe 3 other ppl came behind me to pick up food but it took over 25 mins to get my 2 wraps. My drive home is maybe 6-7 mins. And to wait that long and then our wraps were both so soggy. Haven't been to this location often so idk if this normal but was sad about it.

Most pathetic salad I've ever received from your establishment. It seems like every time I order, it gets worse and worse. With so many other salad options in Birmingham, you make it very difficult to find a reason to come back.

I loved my smoothie and love the fact that there is no extra bs in any of their menu items! Simple and delicious!
I really love everything here and get smoothies often because I thought they didn't use any sugar. I read the ingredients online and it says strawberries are sweetened with cane sugar and now I feel tricked I wish I hadn't been drinking so many of these. Is there sugar in the other fruit as well?

Ordered curb side, got there 15 minutes later, went inside 5 minutes after saying I was here. Order was on the pick up shelf. Asked the lady if curb side meant they bring it out, she said yes as I was grabbing my order. Food was cold. They were not busy. Changing from a 2 star to 1 after tasting my frozen lemonade with ginger... pretty sure they just grounded ginger up and that's it. Not drinkable. New Baltimore location definitely has me spoiled.Response to reply: already did through the website.

I just bought a $12 Açaí bowl that they made without all the ingredients listed and was given to me in a bag saying we do not have strawberries. No apologies, no asking if we want any other fruit to replace it and on top of all that it took them more than 15 minutes just to pile chocolate chips and shredded coconut .
