First time visiting the remodeled Big Rock....a good experience. $12 valet is mandatory, but once you see the parking configuration you will understand why. The staff was quick and professional. We were seating on time for our 6:30 Friday resv. Bella was our server, great job. We shared the shrimp cocktail, Italian salad, veal meatball and 8 oz filet with fettuccine Alfredo side.. all prepared and paced well.. ambiance is upscale , perfect for a date night or special occasion. We will be back

We took a trip over the border to visit big rock for my birthday, and we were not disappointed! Lamb chops, beef carpaccio, Wagyu, Bronzino, asparagus, mushrooms, crème brûlée..... a wonderful birthday was had. It couldn't have been more perfect. All your dishes were presented beautifully and professionally. Our bartenders were exactly what we wanted(Danny & I think Mike was his name). As for the noise level.... We were the only ones making noise, singing, happy birthday to another guest across the bar and myself. Thank you!!!

Brought friends to share my previous amazing experience and it was let down. Gave server instructions on pacing meal and preferred temperature but unfortunately instructions were not followed. Best item was tuna tartar so delicious. Must try. Ceasar salad was disappointing bc previously it was to die for. Cold crispy yum. We got room temp stale lettuce bc according to server she was waiting for us to finish appetizer. I guess pacing properly means u get what u get. Steak came out cold barely room temp when we specifically asked we like it hot. Still was good bc the quality is truly great. Hope they improve.

Appetizers were good. Service was substandard. 4 out of the 6 entrees were terrible. Either way too much salt (most likely to cover the taste and the texture along with taste on one of the fish dinners was not good. The server wasn't very knowledgeable about the entrees. I would give this a 2 star rating. If one goes there stay with the appetizers and desert. If you want to go to the cigar bar upstairs, it's members only unless you're with a member. Also valet is $12 plus your tip.

Of course the food was delicious and I was shocked at how delicious the tiramisu was. I have stopped ordering it in other restaurants. One of the best part of the evening was our waiter, Jared. Full of excellent suggestions and just the right amount of attentiveness. We had a lovely evening celebrating together.
