We made a reservation a couple of weeks ago just to try out the food.

WONDERFUL!!! I had the short ribs and they were mouth watering good. Also had the chef's birthday cake (a yellow cake with a very light cream frosting with berries) and it was delicious. Light and not heavy or too sweet. Service was excellent as well. I will definitely be back!!

Taken there on my B-day by a wonderful woman. It's one of her favorite places. Casual atmosphere though you can easily dress up for it and honestly better for it. Well decorated, classy but not overwhelming. Quickly seated and ordered drinks. Quick polite very attentive staff. Asked some questions about wine, we got a bottle and ordered. They offered options for sides and we asked a few questions about appetizers and the main course which were well answered. I ordered the a NY steak she had the Sea Bass. Both were done perfectly, mine a touch under MR and hers delicate, lite and juicy. I received a surprise candle on a delicious brownie, not overly sweet, with caramel and ice cream. Can't wait to go again.

Had a great dinner with my family for my Father's Birthday. Me and my dad got the wagyu steak dinner. Holy cow, no pun intended, was it delicious. Thr lobster Mac a asparagus were perfect compliments. Such a bummer this place will be closing soon.

I have enjoyed this place for a few years now. I'm sad to see it go! The atmosphere is unmatched, the food is insanely delicious and the cigar bar has no comparison! I will enjoy this place to the very end!

The food is better than the decor. Everything was delicious here. Pretty straight forward steakhouse menu. Nothing wrong with that at all. Like I said everything was great. Staff was polite and friendly.Decor is odd. Part cabin, part lodge, part Vegas gone wrong. Honestly I couldn't stop looking at all the mash-up. Soooo.... entertaining I suppose! It just needs some interior Reno/updating to a cohesive theme. Fun time. Would go again np.

The food was delicious, and wait staff excellent. The hostess a little rude though and I would have liked to have been asked if we wanted outside seating, or in the other room where there was more of the ambiance I was looking for.

The people, the food, the atmosphere are all pure perfection! Don't miss this gem before they close at the end of the year, you'll be sorry you did! The patio is the best in town for dinner and drinks!

The patio was beautiful, Mark the waiter gave our table good service and the seafoodchowder was the highlight of the evening. The rest of the meal was atrocious. The short rib was dry, not tender and lacked sauce. I had to order a side of zip sauce to choke it down. The side of ”shredded" Brussels sprouts was pitiful, it belonged in the trash. The mashed potatoes tasted like they came out of a box. The filet was flavorless and cooked poorly. The onion crisps on top were chewy and tasted like they were fried in old grease. Probably the second worst meal I've had all year. Complete waste of $200.

We love BR. We have been here dozens of times through the years. We love the food, ambiance, non-stuffy atmosphere and especially the charcuterie board and desserts. After going last night, however, we probably won’t be back for a while. The covid scene here is scary. Even being fully vaccinated, we didn’t feel comfortable. We also had one of our you do kids with us who isn’t old enough to be vaccinated. The staff do not wear masks, including the servers. Our booth was back-to-back with another booth, without plexiglass. Our server was unmasked and ungloved, even when her hands were practically touching each item on the charcuterie board as she explained it. When our food came, it was set on trays right next to another table. When other people’s food came, it was set on the ledge right behind us. If anyone was sick, I don’t see how it wouldn’t spread. Masks and distancing indoors may not be required by law, but they go a long way to make people feel comfortable while dining indoors.
