Birmingham Pub has consistently good food, good service in a pleasant atmosphere. Great neighborhood spot.

We went for happy hour, looked at the menu online ahead and it doesn't say that you have to sit at the bar (not even at a table in bar area) to get happy hour drink discounts and order off of the happy hour menu, but apparently you do. This should be on the website or stated on the menu. It was also uncomfortably cold in the restaurant.

Unfortunately they changed the preparation for the halibut dish. The new prep is good, but not outstanding S the old version m. Please bring it back!

The food was fine, but the service was extremely slow. I am not blaming the waiter who did his best. Our meal took almost two hours and we didn't order that much, I can't say we will be running back any time soon.

One of our favorite places to go to on a Friday night. Caleb, our server, is a "Rock Star"; knows the menu and provides great service. No rushing and always at our pace of ordering. The chili is good, not too spicy. The cobb salad with shrimp is fresh and delicious. Always a friendly crowd.
