I never write reviews unless something really frustrates me --I'm new to this place, and I love their coffee and decided to try their food for the first time. I was STANDING for 30 minutes for a sandwich. 30 MINUTES for a simple sandwich, I counted the minutes. I finished my entire coffee and almost walked out of there without my food. Highly recommend ordering food from here if you'd like to be late to your next destination. What a waste of my morning today. However, their coffee tastes phenomenal and I will keep going for coffee.

Stoped here before a movie at the Birmingham 8. Got a Mexican mocha frappe. It's got cayenne pepper and isn't super hot, but the heat lingers a while. Other than that it's pretty good. The barista was friendly. Interesting little place where you can see through glass into some other businesses. It's different.

Not sure how all the five stars got here. I put in an order with hot food for a specific time. They make it (including eggs and meat) put it on the counter for a half hour…. When I go in and ask the woman at the counter got defensive, said well we make them when they come in. I felt them told her I did a pick up for 7:45 and she just stared at me.
Threw the cold eggs and room temp meat away outside and left. Been here many of times but won’t be back. Absolutely useless

It was my first visit, and my friend brought me here. Alexis recommended a coffee called something “Joy,” and honestly that’s the perfect name for it. The flavor was rich and unique, not something you find every day. It was absolutely wonderful.

The other staff were also so kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. And I have to mention, the restroom was incredibly clean. Little things like that really make me want to come back again. 🌿

I went to this place on Sunday. I was dressed in a sundress. Even though I was in line, the barista overlooked me and tried to take someone else’s order when the next person in line didn’t allow her to skip over me. She asked me was I there for DoorDash? I will never go back to this place.
I really enjoyed my visit to this coffee shop. I was greeted with a smile when I arrived. My iced Kuppa joy was amazing and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Will definitely be back.
