Drinks are delicious! Food is okay, wouldn’t order again. Atmosphere is nice but way too small, I wish they’d expand as there is almost always no room to sit

i love coffee so I’m pretty picky with where I go for coffee! I had the kuppa joy and latte (both with oat milk) and they were absolutely perfect! Highly recommend this over any Starbucks. Staff was friendly, environment was chill. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice staff! We sat inside and enjoyed a couple of lattes- they have a pretty large menu for food and coffee drinks. They have a few tables and lots of couches but I can see it filling up pretty quick. Will be back next time we are in b-ham

The iced Golden Joy is possibly the best coffee ever created, soy milk makes it even tastier. Kind service but only issue is not enough seating. They just added more seating outdoors but of course cold Michigan doesn't help.

I had a chai latte; the cost is what you'd expect for Birmingham but it was well worth it for that taste. I also ordered a banana bread which was just average and kind of dry.

(I posted the same review verbatim to DoorDash so if this looks familiar, that is why haha)I have been ordering from this cafe regularly for awhile now ever since the Starbucks boycott began, and I have to say, I don't think I'm ever going back to Starbucks. Birmingham Roast has made the best coffee I've had.My favorite are the Kuppa Joy Frappe and the Hot Kuppa Joy. I enjoy sweet coffees but have found most cafes "overdo" the sweet factor and make drinks sickly sweet or too much like a dessert. Birmingham Roast seems to have found the perfect balance between sweet and bitter.My dasher today forgot one of my drinks in an order earlier so when I reordered, the barista even added a note apologizing that my drink was forgotten!So so sweet. I hope this place stays open forever.
