Absolutely horrible! Had no idea that Papa Joe's sold to Johnny Black. We found this out when we attempted to use a gift card and they denied letting us use the card. The food was less than palatable. Service was awful and slow. The manager could have worked out something with us since we were using a $100 gift card. We will not be going back to eat there. I'll get a carryout from Papa Joe's!
The last 2 times we have eaten there have been very impressive. The food is phenomenal, service is great, and I'm not easily impressed. Not that the food was ever bad, but something has changed for the better!
We had a great late lunch. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed but it was also Woodward dream cruise day too. They did a great job.
Great food, great service, fun atmosphere, great time! We dine there quite often and will go back to Bistro Joe's again soon!
Loved sitting on the upper patio area eating over looking the market and watching the cars cruise down Woodward. Food was great but the ginger pear martini was amazing! We would definitely go back.
Service was great; attentive without rushing us. We each had a different entree and they were all excellent. Great price on the bottle of wine too.
The service is good and the view of Woodward is even better, but that's all the good from this restaurant. The food is mediocre and the prices you get charged at the end are not what's on the menu. If you are in no rush and are fine waiting 45 minutes for food, then this is an ok choice for you.
Hands down my favorite restaurant in Oakland county. Me and my husband love it here and we probably visit once every month or 2.
Our group had a good experience. Our server was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. The food was good and the portions were good also.
They need new chairs that are more comfortable. The chairs are hard wooden chairs and get more uncomfortable as the night goes on.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The music was a bit too loud, but we asked if they could turn it down and they did. It was a great evening.
Food is always quite good and nice variety. Service is very slow and disorganized. Three people were acting as host and yet a lineup of three tables stood for ten minutes despite the fact that tables were open. Host insisted that tables be seated in the order they arrived despite five tables for two being empty for our party of two, so we had to wait until a table for six was cleared for that group before we could be seated. Not the end of the world but frustrating especially with an elderly parent in tow. The whole meal was very slow. Staff sat around talking a fair amount. I'm not against people taking little breaks but please do it after everyone has been checked on. Seems like they need to work on their systems. Because the food is great.
Great food, cool venue, good attention paid to customers - definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice eating experience.
Nice views of Woodward. Great cocktails. Fig flatbread was memorable! Attentive, friendly, informative service. We will be back soon.
Brought out of town family to bistro joes and everyone was impressed. Great entrees, drinks and relative value.
