Zero stars if possible. I JUST bought this twist in a cup with sprinkles. It came out FLAT with a watery edge. (It's not allowing me to post the gross photo)
I said it looked melted. The woman took the spoon, lifted it up and smooshed it down and said "No! It's solid!!!" I asked to switch to choc/van instead of orange/van and she said "NO!" And slammed the window.
My 6 year old son said "She is SO MEAN!"
I don't know what is nastier, the owner or the ice cream.

We have been a loyal customer for eight years now the ice cream is delicious. The orange is amazing. The one thing we are disappointed about is that over eight years. We have noticed that recently in the span of five months their sizes have gone down by a lot we have compared them to other ice cream/soft serve places and they’re large is the size of most other smalls. We will still in forever love dairy Matt, but sadly, they have changed their sizes

Would be a zero if I could. A woman who seems to be an owner is very rude to customers. Ice cream quality is not worth the hassle of dealing with rude staff. You are better off giving your money to a business owner that is respectful to their patrons!!

Ice cream, not good. Service, worse. Very rude staff. Many other ice cream places with much better food and service near by. Don’t waste your time unless you want to be yelled at and eat mediocre ice cream. Once and done.
