This is a really hip place.A nice place where you can read a book and enjoy a really nice beverage. It's a small place so get there early if you want somewhere to sit. They put in big tables recently which seem too big for the place, but provide a little bit more seating. They really need to expand.

Nice tea café! I found it a lovely, quiet, and relaxing spot to meet up with a friend and sip some tea together while chatting. The lemon-lavender sage herbal tea has a calming grassy taste to it (in a good way ?)

I have been to Eli Tea Bar twice now and each time staff have been inctedibly inviting and kind. I was given plenty of time and advice on the types of tea avalible. They also had a large selection of other items avalible for purchase including tarot cards and ube brownies!Aside from the basic options they also have alternative milk options and the option to customize and mix teas. The attmosphere is relaxed and there are many places to charge your items and also games to play with friends. I would highly reccomend this shop as a place to relax and also as a place to meet many people from different walks of life.
I visited Eli Tea Bar in Birmingham several times and tried some of their most popular teas (Thai Chai, London Fog, etc.). They have a variety of teas unlike other bubble tea shops that only offer a green or black tea base and focus more on the bobas or other ingredients. While they make your order, you can sit at the tables at the entrance or next to the counter/bar, although you have to share them on the weekends or if it’s generally busy. The vendors are nice and help you with your order, if you don’t know what bubble tea you should order. My overall experience there was pleasant and I would happily go there again.

I recently visited Eli Tea in Downtown Birmingham and had a great experience. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly, sharing different options and even letting me smell several blends of unique teas. He also shared their medicinal properties with me, which was really cool and informative. The shop itself is small but cozy, with an array of hot and iced teas, (Barbie Dream House) kombucha, and milk tea with boba. They also have a selection of baked goods that looked delicious (last week I tried a chocolate chip pound loaf of bread). Overall, I highly recommend Eli Tea for anyone looking for a great tea experience. The owner's knowledge and friendliness made for a truly enjoyable visit.

Great environment. Has everything from coffee/tea to bakery and books. A cute place to spend a relaxing afternoon at. I got their rose white bubble tea. 8/10 drink for good taste, fresh milk/tea (not made from milk tea powder), good bubble texture, and not too sweet. However the rose flavor is lacking. Honestly couldn't tell it's a rose tea from first sip to last sip. Still a 5 star for the nice environment, real ingredients, and friendly staff though. Staff is very knowledgeable about their tea options.

Quite possibly the best tea place I've ever been. They have a wide selection of teas, they make them all fresh right in front of you, and there menu explains exactly what you're getting, including the caffeine level, sweetness, etc... I often find tea places intimidating, and don't know what to order. But this place makes it easy. The service is good, and the setting is nice. I had the Roobios chai, which was great.
