A few weeks ago, I made a purchase and unfortunately, the Lemon muffin was not up to standard. It was dry and inedible. Despite my request for a refund or replacement, the manager showed no interest. I would advise against engaging with this company.

Wow. Ive been coming in here on and off for years. Have spent lots of $$$. Came in today to return a small package of cookies, that were dry and inedible (not usually the case). The owner rudely wouldn't replace them, and didn’t seem to care to lose a customer, and hundreds of dollars in future business. There are plenty of other places in birmingham to spend my money. I wont be back.

I ran in at 4:50pm just before closing. The team was just as cheerful and helpful as if it were 9am. Fortunately they were not sold out ofvtge items I wanted. I left a satisfied Customer and the food was delicious!

I ordered my reward free loaf of bread from their website for pick up. I was told that they got the order but they don't follow that reward program so they wouldn't give me the bread. This is an unacceptable error or their end.
