My friend and I have been to the Rochester location a few times but only once to the Birmingham location quite a few years ago. As we were in the area, we decided to stop in for dinner. There was a slight hiccup with service in the beginning but Manager Kyle swiftly set it right and the rest of our time here went very smoothly. Staff was friendly and quick to fix any goofs made.
