Wow! Never had a bagel sandwich so good!!!
I believe it was the owner who knowingly gave me the wrong change from my purchase. I corrected him. He THEN gave me more change, still the incorrect amount. Rather than ask him once again for the rest of my change, I elected to leave and, report this incident on public media. Smart thief for an owner. Smarter patron who caught him...and he didn't care.
