Hate to be a stickler about inflation but $10.35 for a Large cream Cheese!? That seems a little ridiculous. You gotta pay the bills, but 10.35 for cream cheese!?

Super impressive! I never know what to expect from a sandwich shop that I’ve never been to, but I absolutely LOVED my Greek salad with added chicken. Many places don’t even season the chicken or use iceberg lettuce and so I was happily impressed to see Romaine lettuce, and the chicken was so deliciously seasoned and perfectly cooked as well. Also, my boyfriend loved his sandwich called The Jersey Rachel too. Many places like this often have coleslaw that leaves a lot to be desired, but I thought their coleslaw was perfect! I actually now want to try to figure out how to re-create it at home, it was that tasty. I love being pleasantly surprised by new places we pick to eat and HIGHLY recommend this sandwich shop! We already talked about how we can’t wait to come back and try so many more options on the menu. This belly is delightfully satisfied. :)

The workers told me they could not put cream cheese on my bagels. As I was waiting I watched them put cream cheese on everyone else’s bagels.

Picked up 13 salt bagels. Everyone who ate them (4 people) threw up. Never coming back. Don't recommend. 👎

Ordered a toasted bagel and cream cheese. After ten minutes I inquired if my food had been made. The three people working there LITERALLY would not respond to my or my boyfriend’s questions. We weren’t being rude and it really seemed like three of them had a problem serving a gay couple. A few minutes later I was handed a bagel and again, they would not actually speak to me.

I'll start by saying that I think they have the best bagels in the area. Having said that, I think they get a zero in customer service and attitude. I'll relate my story. I ordered (at 2:58pm) on the To Good to Go app a dozen "mystery bagels" for $8. I got there at 3:02pm (the app says pick up 2:50-3:05pm). They're locking the doors as I drive up. A woman answers the door and says they have no bagels to give me. "Sorry, I can't help you". She argues with me that I had to order by 2:45pm. That's not on the app. So, I leave and go back the next day. The gentleman there says he can't help me either. He has only so many bags to sell each day and shows me that he has sold 4/10 today. He has plenty of bagels left. He tells me that I must call To Good to Go (a company registered in Denmark) to get a refund. "It's their fault" he says. Seems to me that everything that doesn't go accordingto plan is someone else's fault these days. Good customer service would have been to give 12 measly bagels (and tremendous goodwill) which I had already paid for. I would have left happy. Now, I WILL NEVER GO BACK and everyone is poorer as a result. I get that this is at the bottom of the list of minor occurences, but it seems to me a symptom of a much broader failing.

First time going here. I much prefer this spot over NY Bagels in Ferndale, gonna be my new bagel spot. Will be back, loved every bite. Great quality ingredients and staff.

This place is the real deal for the best bagels in town. Prices are higher than a standard bagel place, but the food is that much better. If you are having a tough day, go down to Jersey Bagel and get the Lox sandwich for lunch. Your day will instantly improve.
