i recently text ordered a small veggie pizza and large 4 corner pepperoni and sausage pizza, the pizza is always great and the text ordering system work pretty good, just need to be clear with the ordering instructions

I was at a function serving 60 people dinner. We discovered that when the advanced order was placed for delivery that it was for the wrong date. The Jets manager was wonderful. He was able to switch the order date and had it delivered in 45 minutes.

Been trying to place an order for the last hour, but the Jet-bot won't let me speak to anybody. I refuse to use the robot. It always misunderstands what I'm saying and I constantly have to repeat myself while using it. I wish I could be directly connected to an individual when I call this place.

Ordered pizza per usual I get the same thing every week .came burned. Called manager made new burned pizza. No refund. Said it was my fault because I didn't specify light cooked. Wtf. Lost a good customer will spread the word.

I got the round Hawaiian pizza and it was amazing. The crust is, in my opinion, the hardest part to perfect based on how many bad crusts I’ve had and at Jets, it was delicious. The workers were so kind and made me feel at home. 10/10!

Ordered a 4 corner deep dish and it was ready earlier than the phone bot said which was great. I walked into, paid and the very nice gentleman said I’m checking on the pizza now and it was ready. It’s was fresh and hot.

Ordered some slices and bread through doordash and expected sub par quality as I always do with doordash. Longerdelivery times mean colder food that's just science and I have no problem with that. HOWEVER. Even through doordash this food was hot, fresh and delicious. By far the best Jets I've ever had and I am SHOCKED by that honestly. Never going to the Berkley location again because THIS? This is where it's at.
