I’m going through a jimmy john’s obsession right now and i get it a lot. It’s so easy to mess up my order cause im kinda picky but i only had to say it once, they were busy too and it still came out perfect in less than 60 seconds. This was my first time at this location and it was so good!

I have gone here many times and yet they find a way to turn my sandwich into trash. Yesterday I made changes to my sub as many people do. And they did not change my sub in any way. Never come to this place!
I ordered a #15 with extra tuna got a measly sandwich that wasn't even a single servings amount of tuna. Won't be coming back to this location.

I was excited to try the caprese salami pesto wrap, I am very disappointed. Very dry, hardly any pesto, zero balsamic, and the least amount of meat (salami) I've ever had in a JJ sanwhich. Also, the pickle was inedible - soft, sour, & gone bad. Also, they forgot the sandwich on the first delivery and had to come back. Which is fine, it happens. It was just the biggest let down to wait extra only to receivesuch a sad meal.
