I was excited to try the caprese salami pesto wrap, I am very disappointed. Very dry, hardly any pesto, zero balsamic, and the least amount of meat (salami) I've ever had in a JJ sanwhich. Also, the pickle was inedible - soft, sour, & gone bad. Also, they forgot the sandwich on the first delivery and had to come back. Which is fine, it happens. It was just the biggest let down to wait extra only to receivesuch a sad meal.

Placed an order today for 5 sandwiches. Three we paid for cheese and none of them had it. Another sandwich had zero sauce including mayo when we specified just no oil/vinegar. Given the price we paid, doesn’t seem right that the order was almost all wrong excluding the one wrap that was made right. Haven’t had this issue before at this location.

I placed an order online around 11:30 AM. I know sometimes this location can be a little slower so I did not arrive until after 12 PM to pick up the order and my one sandwich still was not ready. After not receiving my order, I spoke with the cashier who said that they would immediately remake it, that it probably had gotten taken on accident by a DoorDash person, however I could not wait I have to work. I called a couple days later to remind them of the situation, and Valerie completely questioned my integrity over a $10 sandwich. I will never patronize this Jimmy John’s again, and I will be following through with corporate.

I was about to order my sandwich when I looked over at the girls making the sandwiches and I noticed one of the girls hair was touching the food, so I said something to the girl at the front and she went over to tell her, so she adjusted her hair but gave me a dirty look but I was very nice about it. I ordered my sandwich, and as I was waiting I looked back again at the girls making the sandwiches and I noticed another girl grabbed her phone, was using it and then put back in her pocket and continued making the sandwiches with the same gloves. I told the girl at the front to just forget it and refund me but she became very aggressive with me, gave me a hard time about it even though I told her what I saw. I left and I’m never going back.
