Placed an order today for 5 sandwiches. Three we paid for cheese and none of them had it. Another sandwich had zero sauce including mayo when we specified just no oil/vinegar. Given the price we paid, doesn’t seem right that the order was almost all wrong excluding the one wrap that was made right. Haven’t had this issue before at this location.

I must say I had some of the best customer service this evening at the young man I believe his name is Vincent at the register was super polite and friendly. Also there was another worker in the store she was just as friendly and polite. Most people complain when they get terrible service but never acknowledge great customer service. These two worker went over and above even explaining the rewards program. Thank you both again for a pleasant experience

The staff was on the ball. There was a small line, while I wait to be next to order, one of the sandwich makers got my attention, asked what I wanted. So when I got up to the register the sandwich was ready to go. I try the #13 new Cubano it was very good.
