Just what you would wxpext from a a regular kfc. Decent service, decent food and decent atmosphere. There’s not a ton of parking but it’s manageable. This spot is run somewhat efficiently and I have no complaints

The food at KFC is very yummy. I even went there today! I get chicken tenders, French fries, Mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and corn. My brother there gets everything I get, but he gets something I don’t get—a biscuit which he thinks is very yummy! My favorite foods there is the chicken tenders, mac & cheese, and I really really love the French fries there. I also have KFC Barbecue Sauce in my fridge from the first time I got KFC which was ordered to my house from DoorDash which was on July 27, 2024. Also, when I went to KFC today, the water with ice there was very good. I love KFC so much. Thank you!!

Imagine my surprise when I was told our chickens ALWAYS fresh, and they have 3 ☆'s and horrible reviews.... ordered a 3 peice combo and got chicken that looked like it was ill and it was sitting in a grease puddle. Took it back in and showed them and asked for new chicken. What really blows my mind is the owner standing there, not bothering to correct the issue while the valley girl at the counter told I needed mental help!! Stopped here because it's in BIRMINGHAM assuming the service would be fantastic...WRONG. If I could give 0 ☆'s I would!! Then I told them I wanted my money back which I paid for with a DEBIT card therefore could've been refunded in cash they refused because they have credit only. Needless to say paid $10 for TRASH and recieved no refund. Disgusting!

This location has got it all figured out. One of the things I’ve noticed is that they do a great job of keeping the restaurant clean and other locations not so much. The food is always fresh, and the staff is always lovely.Today, I got the classic chicken sandwich. It was hot and juicy when I got it, so delicious, and I got a mashed potato and gravy. I will admit I love KFC’s mashed potato and gravy so delicious. One of the things I’ve noticed is that they do a great job of keeping the restaurant clean; in other locations, not so much.Today, I got the classic chicken sandwich.
