Original chicken wasn't done... Went back to try to fix the issue... More half done chicken! The young lady in charge was VERY VERY RUDE ! This has to be the worst KFC in Michigan! Please Don't waste your time or money here .

By far, one of the worst KFC locations in the country. Staff is apathetic and doesn’t care at all. Food is below KFC’s already low standards.Every time I’ve been desperate enough to stop in here for a family meal, they’ve forgotten a major part of my order.Today, they left off HALF of the chicken I ordered. I got all the way home and unpacked the order. Then came back and they flat out refused to refund me ANY of my money for the trouble of driving across town to collect the food that should have been in my bag. Both the front line counter person and the manager just refused and said “sorry”.Total dumpster fire. Be warned. Stay away.

Tables could be cleaned more. Notice every time I am in there the tables are not kept up with as far as employees cleaning those tables especially during lunch hours.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I stopped by this location on my lunch break. I asked if they had fresh chicken and was told it would be coming up in 4-5 minutes in which I waited. Only to get my food and it’s a box full of grease with the batter falling off the chicken because it was so greasy! I tried dabbing the chicken to soak up some of the grease and the batter continued to fall off. It was clear this chicken was not drained. I called the restaurant to make them aware. The lady that answered was rude with absolutely no customer service skills. I asked could I be refunded because at this point I would have no time to wait for them to remake it nor will I be able to eat it. She said no they don’t give refunds and that she could only give me something else! Well this I’ve never heard of. I asked for my money back and continued to be nasty with me and very unprofessional. My lunch break was ruined. I went back to work hungry. I’ll never return to this location. When I asked her name she stated Brianne I’m not sure if this is correct. I called back more than once and I kept getting the same lady. What happened to satisfying the customer?
