35 minutes and no one has acknowledged we exist yet. I've never had good service at this location. Would be faster to just drive to the Royal Oak location instead.
They told me they couldn't fix my drink because of the safety of employees...... in Birmingham MI lol never coming back again. Felt like racially motivated response.
Just left there from breakfast today they hired a new cook which I asked if he was new because we've been going there every Friday (working nearby)for breakfast and it's always been good...It's pretty hard to screw up breakfast but the sausages were raw. The hashbrowns were raw. I asked for well done hash browns .... There was three of us. All three of us sent our sausages back because they were raw and when we got the next ones, they were raw as well. None of us ate them.... The waitress was kind enough to knock off a couple dollars on each of our bills.....it's a shame because we won't be back again until this so called cook is gone..!
Trash staff, can’t even bag items properly never remembers anything, joke
I go in all the time. Food is good and Jody and team are friendly and I always get great service.
Never order from here. They will cancel your order at the last minute. Horrible customer service and they don't care about their customer. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your time. Luckily I was able to order from a more reliable place.
My friend had her service dog, and she was treated incredibly rude by the man cooking. He was terribly unprofessional, yelling across the restaurant from the kitchen, disturbing patrons. We left, in fear of what he might do to our food, and went to a nearby restaurant where we were treated with the respect we deserved.
Forgot half the order…

I ordered a lose hamburger and a bowl of chili and asked for them to come at the same time. My grandson’s ordered chicken tenders and fries. The waitress brought the food. Typically the chili is too hot to eat so I started with the hamburger, it was on the cold side, but I ate it. Started with the chili and it was cold. Waited a bit for the waitress to come around but she did not. Walked back to the kitchen area and told the waitress about chili and asked for it to be heated up or replaced. Waited for about 10 minutes never came do I asked for my check beauty now I had to leave. They took the chili and the hamburger off the bill. My grandson’s chicken tenders and fries were good.
Parking is limited.
