The service was fast, and the employees were outstanding. They’re under new ownership and are actually open!!! The pizzas were hot and fresh. I would definitely say they’re the best little ceasers in the area!!

Under new ownership. Thought the pizza would be better. It’s actually worse. Just picked up hot and ready at 11:30. You would think this early it would be pretty fresh. Nope it’s like cardboard and so is the crazy bread. Won’t be returning.

RE: Customer ComplaintWe places an order over the phone at the Southfield location for cheesebread and 2 medium pizzas with ground beef. When we got home and opened the boxes, we had the chessebread, but the 2 medium pizzas had ground beef and pepperoni on them. We cannot eat pork.We called back to inform them that the items we received were incorrect. The employee who answered, Savanah, said they could remake the order and we could pick it up. That's great, but we did not get a refund or even a discount when we asked for one for the mistake and inconvenience. My autistic son had a meltdown at dinner because he could not eat on time. This was incredibly disappointing and this location has lost our business.

Miserable, unhappy staff that couldn't care less about their attitude, service or food. The middle of the lunch hour and they had ZERO hot n ready pizzas available. Totally unacceptable.

Pretty bummed out by this experience. What we ordered and what we got was not the same. The crazy bread was ice cold the pizza was half cooked. Some weird half hot and ready half pretzel pizza type of thing going on. The zesty ICB was missing the zesty sauce. Our order was supposed to be ready at 6:15 we ended up not getting it until 6:50. Will be the last time we go to this location.

Ordered online went at the pickup time, wasn’t ready had to wait another hour for my food. Guy working behind the counter yelling at the works and customers. He also kept locking door, locking everyone out and also locking everyone in. When someone would leave he would run back out to the front and yell saying who keep unlocking this door. The food would also just sit out on the counter as well so it wasn’t even hot by the time I got it. I know it’s not crazy pizza and all but still when I buy it I expect it to be hot. I don’t recommend anything here. Do not order, order somewhere else.

Terrible experience! This location does not deserve even one star. Tried to get a Hot & Ready. Told no walk-ins today, must call to get a pizza. Could not even order at the counter. If they could take the time to make a sign with their Halloween Hours, they should have been able to make a sign that said no walk-ins.

As I do a bit of door dash during my off season in the winter, I had an order to pick up at this location yesterday. As I approached the door at roughly 4pm, the door was locked. After a few min of confusion at the front door, an employee finally came to the door, quickly opened the door to state quite rudely that "you got door dash? Cancel the order, we can't do it, we ain't got dough"and proceeded to shut the door on me. A little Caesars Pizza location at 4pm on a Saturday didn't have dough? As I called customer service, I had to tell 3 others as they walked up to the door to not waste their time and when telling all 3 the reason, they all gave the same response I did.....a confused look, a raised eyebrow or two and then a miffed chuckle as they walked back to their cars. Funny enough that later last night, I ended up having to order my daughter and her friend a quick pizza from the Berkeley location and after ordering my pizza at 8:55 and getting the confirmation email at 9:22 that it was done, I ended up at the drive thru at 9:28. After paying at the drive thru, I then sat there another ten min while watching the employees open every box frantically and clearly looking for my order. I was finally asked to pull off and that it only needed one more min annnnd i actually ended up waiting another ten as I was pulled off to the side. When I finally got it home at 9:50, it was so obviously a previously made hot and ready pizza that they threw extra toppings on the fly, tried to quickly make it and then gave to me since I had ordered the extra most bestest and not a plain hot and ready. It was disgusting. It was well done due to the double baking and rock hard and the toppings clearly baked at different times since some pepperoni were almost burnt and some barely cooked so I find it funny that two different locations were this unprofessional in one day. This is exactly why I stopped ordering this garbage fast food pizza but thought it had been enough time that had passed that they should be able to get the easy task done properly and I was clearly wrong. I had already stopped going to the Oak Park location due to their gross standards and practices so it is looking as if no little Caesars will end up being worth the headache even for the cheap price lol.

Wrong pizza every time. No one checks the app so you have to go in and tell them you placed an online order. Wildly understaffed.
