Panera Bread

Rude woman waited on me at the bread counter. I wanted to order a bagel and she acted so put off by me that I left. It’s unfortunate because I like Panera a lot for certain things.

The second time I ordered soup they are out of baguette bread bowl and I came back with a bowl. They should of said on the machine they are out of it for the soup bread bowl. I paid 9 dollars on that like.

Not very clean… all the tables were covered in crumbs. Their iced coffee was pretty good though! Some items on the coffee bar were empty and we had to ask for refills.

Great place to grab a bite to eat!

The floors and tables are all filthy at 6 am, so that means the night crew doesn't do anything I mean c'mon who's in charge here? If you can't have pride I'm where you work then what are you even doing!

Checkout Lady rude and acted like she didn’t want to wait on us. When my wife tried to show her a coupon we had, she started to scold my wife that she could only do one thing at a time when in fact she was taking my wife’s order at that time. Will never go back to that location.

The lady that was to take our order ignored us, but looked at us as she continued sweeping. Then another customer can in behind us and she was going to wait on him. He spoke up that we were there first. I ordered, my husband was ordering, and I held up my phone so she could see the 20% off coupon. She then began to scold me that she could only do one thing to a time. She was trying to get our order correct, and she just continued to berate me, until I interrupted and told her, I got it! You have scolded me quite enough. I think the woman doesn’t like her job very much, or just didn’t like us, for some reason.

I witnessed a thoroughly obnoxious woman berating a clearly youthful manager over a ten dollar order yesterday. She was verbally assaulting her, relentless. The manager had refunded her the money (when I started listening I assumed it was a large party order the way she way rambling on about being compensated for her ‘inconvenience’. It was ten lousy dollars.) and offered her a complimentary sweet- likely all that was in her power to give. The woman insisted she would get a gift card. I was half tempted to give the woman another ten dollars just to make her leave this young lady in peace.

I was impressed at the team’s handling of this clearly disturbed woman who was truly embarrassing herself. Her time could not have been terribly valuable as she was spending 20 minutes holding up a line just to hear her own self righteous voice talk. They were gracious, courteous and did all in their power to amend the situation.

Please do not be this person. If you are looking to turn ten dollars into 20, go play the stock market. Don’t bully staff.

Sara and Sherandra were the best. I messed up my order and they fixed it quickly. Helping me in and out; to make it in time for my meeting. Very impressed.

Panera is a solid chain with lots of options. This location has left to be desired. If you saw snails crawling that’s faster than the staff at this place. I’m sure they are nice but 2 people ordered ahead of me. 1 soup and 1 sandwich. I’m next and I ended up waiting half hour additional? No sense of urgency…. With window to see staff work barely moving fast even though items are prepared. My 1/2 sandwich and chips no drink $10 see photo below at the quality. Panera can do better.

I ordered an Italian steak sandwich. It's a hot sandwich on the menu. I was served it cold. Just so you know, there's mozzarella in the middle, so the cheese was cold, not melted. Plus, the sandwich was covered in some kind of greasy and sour sauce that I couldn't eat. Plus, my order was given to someone else and if I wasn't careful, I would have had to figure out where my order was and wait again. Beware of this place.

Wow! I’ve never been treated so well I was greeted by a nice young man keegan and a lovely young lady named zion they were so passionate about taking my order & didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had Wow! They deserve an honorable mention

The music here is ridiculously loud. If you think you’re going to eat and study here—good luck. I even tried sitting outside, and somehow the music was even louder. No other Panera I’ve been to blasts music like this.

And in the bathroom? Loud rap music. What is this, a Panera or a nightclub in Detroit? The whole vibe feels ghetto.

Even the order system is off—no pagers, just the staff yelling your name across the place like it’s open mic night. I mean, why even have pagers if you’re just going to shout?

Honestly, this feels more like a club than a Panera. 😂
