we placed an order through the Panera app today to be delivered to the nurses working at beaumont hospital. the order was suppose to be delivered at around 1 pm. the order was not delivered and no one tried to answer the phone calls. We tried to call the cafe for more one than an hour and still with no response. then after 2 hours waiting, we went to the cafe. The manager was not helpful at all. She claimed that the order was delivered. We explained to her that we got an email to confirm the order and the delivery time but nothing was delivered. The manager stated that it seems like that it was the delivery driver who canceled the order ,and that she can’t do anything about it except for refunding the money back. We asked her if she can place the order again but she refused stating “we’re short staff”. very unprofessional. definitely not ordering from this cafe again.

All wrong! Supposed to be a bread bowl and got cup of soup with a baguette. Then ordered Asiago bagel sandwich and it was the wrong sandwich on a plain bagel. No croutons with French onion soup.

This Panera is dirty. The floors look like they haven’t been vacuumed in a week, it’s gross. And the bathrooms are nasty. The beverage area is sticky and filthy. And this is at 10 in the morning. Management needs to get it together. I will not be back

I went there to today to meet a friend for coffee and grab a bite to eat since I was starving. I went to order and there was absolutely no soup available and no milk for coffee. So I ordered a bagel and cream chez only for them to tell me they were out of bagels too. I asked for a refund and at first they weren’t going to refund me for the cream cheese. They did refund me but I was so disgusted by the whole experience. The tables were all dirty and the garbage can was overflowing with trash and dirty plates. I’m confused how or why they are open.

Called to cancel an order I placed online by accident and I have been sitting on hold for over 15 minutes to get this cancelled and yet none of the staff or managers can cancel this for me or pick up the phone again.
I told her I did not place this on the app, and all she does is keep putting me on hold. At this point I’ll just dispute it and they will get charged then. Ridiculous to not have any manager available or any staff to cancel an order.

I came in with my son and ordered a breakfast sandwich, smoothie and a latté. Waited 20 minutes to receive our order, only to find the sandwich was made wrong. The lady was incredibly rude and dismissive about it, never offering an apology. We waited another 10 minutes for it to be remade correctly. Upon receiving the sandwich again, I politely asked for it to be packed in a to-go bag (since we were now late from the inconvenience). She immediately snapped at me harshly in front of my son and the many customers standing around. She reprimanding me for requesting it after the fact, and that I should have told her earlier. It was a humiliating and awful experience to say the least. Not only was there no free bakery item added for messing up our order, nor an apology, but I was yelled at and humiliated in front of everyone. I walked away in utter disgust with our plate and no to-go bag. Is it that difficult to hand me a to-go bag if it's too much of an inconvenience to pack it for us? The worst show of unprofessionalism I've ever experienced anywhere.

I emailed the manager about this terrible experience. He replied promptly and was very kind and apologetic. He offered to mail me some meal vouchers as a compensation. I appreciated his apologies and I accepted his offer but then never heard back from him, even after a few attempts to follow up. I never did receive any vouchers in the mail.

Definitely won't be returning to this location. The service is the worst of any Panera Bread location I've been to.

I've went 3 times this week to use coupons. They messed up my order all 3 times and the serving sizes were significantly smaller than other paneras. Don't go here.
