Order 3 pastries as well as a Dubai chocolate; the ladies forgot to pack the macaroons into the bag, but it was like 9:45 so I dont blame em. Everything did cost like 44 dollars. The people working there are really kind, which is why this review is 5 stars. I definitely reccomend trying the Dubai chocolate latte. It is definitely worth the 7 dollars ❤️

Wow! Such a vast selection of pastries 🍰 😍. They even have some unique sandwiches 🥪 😋. Parking was the only issue. It's in downtown Birmingham. After a few minutes driving around we finally found a spot. But it was so worth it. The staff behind the counter were extremely helpful.

Although I love the food, I just experienced the worst customer service from a female employee. I called asking my options shown on DoorDash. She placed me on hold pretending to check something for me. I knew after minutes passed , she was not going to help. I cont. to hold and I heard the phone pick up and disconnect. I worked in customer service, I know what was done. I tried to give benefit of doubt thinking the call was not intentionally disconnected but I called back twice and was sent to voicemail. My coworker called because we work in the area and always get food from here and they immediately answered. Good food but the workers act like we are an inconvenience.

This is the 3rd location of Paris Baguettes I have been to. While this is a bit smaller than the one in Cincinnati and Dearborn, it still has all the charm and great pastries I have come to expect from this chain. Great tasting food and drinks in a clean, pleasing cafe. Prices are a bit on the higher end, but well worth it for an occasional treat!

Pastry’s are dry and tasteless. If you’re looking for a treat this is not the place. Came in expecting a dessert and I actually threw the cake slice we bought away after one bite. Honestly cardboard has more flavor.
