Paris Baguette is nice but a bit underwhelming. The pastries look beautiful and everything is presented well, but the flavors didn’t fully match the price point. Some items were good, others felt just okay. The space is clean and modern, and service was fine, but overall it didn’t wow me enough to go out of my way to return.

This little bakery is a gem. Everything in here is amazing. If you are looking for specialty cakes, specialty pastries, tarts, croissants, cakes, specialty sandwiches, and coffee and tea - this is the place to be.

This Paris Baguette has an amazing selection of fresh pastries! The Snowman Cream Donuts were adorable and delicious, the Coffee Croissant Donuts were perfectly glazed, and the croissant donuts were soft, flaky, and super tasty. Their savory items like the Ham & Cheese Pastry and Sausage Stick Bread were just as incredible. Everything looked beautiful, tasted fresh, and the bakery was spotless. Highly recommend this place!

I stopped by this café today and absolutely loved it! I ordered a green tea and a strawberry shortcake macaroon — everything was delicious. The macaroon and was especially amazing, one of the best I’ve ever tried in Michigan! I also want to give a special shout-out to Sofiya and Maryana. They were so kind, attentive, and welcoming. They truly made the experience even better. The café is cozy, clean, and has a great vibe. The desserts and drinks are fantastic. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great pastries, coffee was sub-par and disappointing, food was so good tho :/ want to give it a 4.75, but ordered 3 bakery items and 2 coffee so 40% of our meal was unenjoyable.
Also, the breaded items in the front look delicious, but since they're not customizable and The whole top row is meat, Plan unfortunately I couldn’t even order any of them or we probably would’ve even ordered more food.
Overall clean place, great service, just a handful of disappointments throughout the word process.

This cafe is very spacious with a large selection of pastries and baked goods to choose from. The atmosphere is very pleasant considering the smell is of delicious food. The place itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I was surprised by the insane amount of options they had. The desserts we ordered were adequate. We ordered the strawberry mochi donut and the pumpkin pie custard tart. I personally thought these desserts were good, but I do not think I would order them again. The mochi donut was a little too sweet for my liking and the tart had a crust that was a little too hard, but they still were tasty in their own way. Next time, I would try other options considering they have plenty more to choose from. The staff were also professional and kind while they offered their service. I would return to try more of their savory options, as well as different sweets.
Lovely place, lovely pastries. I was a bit disappointed with the chocolate croissant. Never had one with chocolate pudding/mousse inside. Nice pudding, but still pudding. Not a worth $7.50. Spoiled by Tartine.

I may need to take my business elsewhere. The service seems to always lack here with getting orders correct. 8/10 times I’ve gotten the incorrect drink or had to remind them I haven’t received what I ordered after waiting around a few minutes. They deliver a decent product but they just seem to not care about service, or their order system is flawed. Either way, it’s happened enough times over the last 2 years I’ve been coming that it seems to be a feature and not a bug. Hopefully they do better.

I have been a loyal customer of Paris Baguette in Birmingham since they opened. I've visited many PBs in IL, NY, CA even South Korea and they always been consistent about the service and the quality of food. This PB has been very disappointing lately. The staff is very rude, the pastries are too dry/burnt and the cake slices were either too small or too irregular sizes to be served to customers. Hopefully, they can evaluate and make sure to improve before they loose too many customers
