I've came here twice (Birmingham location) in less than a week lol. Each time was great. On my first visit my waiter's name was Chris and he was outstanding. He explained every item on the menu, he checked up on me in a timely fashion, just overall great service from him. The Bartender Nate made the best cocktails (I had a Lemon Drop and a Strawberry Lemon Drop) He even came to the table to introduce himself and made sure the drink was to my liking.Food was good, I really liked the garlic aoli with the fries. Fried lobster tacos were delicious. Filet Sliders were good. I'm not a big fan of pretzel buns so I would have preferred a different type of bread but overall they were goodMy second visit I sat at the Bar. Mike was the Bartender and he made me a Cosmopolitan. I ordered Sweet & Spicy Shrimp, Scallops, Pei Mussels and Grilled Wings. Everything was tasty but the wings. If you're a fan of char-grilled taste, than you'll like the wings.

The food here is absolutely delicious, and I especially appreciate the concept of shareables when dining out with friends. I would only wish there were more options. The drinks menu offers a delightful variety, and each one we tried was fantastic - it's rare that we all enjoy our drinks so much when ordering different ones. The service is attentive, and the ambiance adds to the overall enjoyable dining experience.

This is my new favorite go to spot. I recently visited the Birmingham location this weekend and the service was phenomenal. Chris was our server and he was the best server I ever had and I dine out quite frequently lol. Nate the bartender made the best cocktails, they make an excellent team. I cannot rate Shift high enough! Especially the fun of mixology classes presided over by Kap and skillfully facilitated by Erica! So enjoyable and filled with fun and cocktails! The history in between is priceless. Thanks so much for an unforgettable experience!

Shift was definitely a vibe that fits 25-35 year olds perfectly! The drinks were spot on, service was great, and their selection was vast enough to accommodate everyone’s taste. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a quick night out.

First the food and wait staff were both excellent. We shared sliders and shrimp and they were delicious. Bar is small with little option for seating unless you want a high-top or a small table with low stools. I did see a few tables and maybe they can be reserved. Prices for drinks are high (18$ for mine).Very loud music as well. As I said food was delicious but not very comfy

I really love this place! Everything I've had on the menu is good - most things are shareable too! Many of the appetizers come in a set of 3, but you can add on 1 or two more if need be for your group! The color red margaritas are incredible and spicy! I can't stop drinking those And they have happy hour thurs-sun with 40% off food, or they did! Don't quote me but check ! The wings, the sliders, the Brussels, seriously everything is good.

We had a fantastic meal at Shift Grosse Pointe. The Mezza Plate, Seared Ahi Tuna and Filet Tips were all delicious. Service from Nicole was friendly and welcoming. We will be back.
Visited this place on a whim last Friday night with my husband and SIL. We didn’t see anyone at the host stand so we sat at the bar. The bartender informed us of happy hour ending soon and encouraged us to select a few discounted items. Didn’t know it but they offer 40% off apps every day from 5-7pm. They exclusively serve small plates (shareable salads and appetizers) and craft cocktails.On special we ordered the color red and a vodka/grapefruit (the bartender rifted on the basic B recipe); also had a few more rounds of drinks - basic b*tch, n*ked and famous, life is hard and my best life (favorite). Drinks were amazing, perfectly made.Food service was fast and apps were tasty. We had ahi tuna, spicy shrimp, filet sliders and scallop special. All really liked the sweet & spicy shrimp and the scallops. Despite being tender both the ahi and sliders were lacking something (a bit of salt and more sauce). This wouldn’t be my recommendation for dining, even on special.We loved the atmosphere; it was decorated festively for the holidays… beyond that it seemed like a cozy, romantic setting. Plan to be back for date night cocktails soon.

Came here to celebrate my birthday with a few friends. They have an incredible happy hour that is everyday 5p-7. It was decorated so cute and it was nice to get out and celebrate with my friends and have some time to myself. Love my family but it's so important to have an identity outside of our Kids and Partners!! Food was good drinks were really good and the service was good overall also. Even brought us some Birthday lemon drop shots with a candle since they don't have dessert.
