The best Starbucks I have been to in a long time. Very polite, professional and friendly staff. The coffee shop is very clean and comfy. Nice place to unwind. If I come back to Birmingham, it will be because of this Starbucks. The drinks were super fresh.

Best place ever! Mary and Olivia are the best and they deserve a raise. Go here food is amazing, service is good, and atmosphere is beautiful.
Have not been there since last winter but I work nearby and just stopped to get an iced coffee. Barista said “mumble, mumble, mumble classic?” I said, “pardon?” “Mumble, mumble, mumble syrup.” “No syrup, thank you.” But apparently no cream or sugar self service either. That was fine - I’m good with plain but the filthy outdoor seating was the end for me. Tables full of garbage, dirty surfaces, surrounded by cigarette butts. I cleaned off a table so my friend and I could sit and the price for two coffees was under $10 but I’ll pay more for a better experience somewhere else next time.

Again and again this location gets a simple online order wrong. Don't walk out without 'testing' your drink. If they get it wrong, be prepared to wait for someone to even look at you, and once you explain (nicely) your order was made incorrectly they get the attitude it is your fault and you wait, and wait for your new drink to be made.

The worst customer service. They really need to work on their attitude and they never get my order right. When I ask them to redo it, they get annoyed. There’s never soap in the bathroom and the whole place is filthy; looks like they haven’t cleaned since they opened up.
