The food is the same at all locations so the fact that I rated it highly isn’t relatable. First of all, the person taking my order at the counter had the personality of a rock. At the end of the order, I asked them to repeat themselves and they just gave me a neutral face and didn’t repeat themselves. Second, it’s pretty disappointing that this location is no longer a reserve bar. Several years back, I used to come in here and order coffee drinks you can’t get at normal Starbucks and now they no longer have those drinks, or offer the reserve coffees. Third, this location is now just seems dirty due to all the kids that go in there and probably spill their drinks. The table I was sitting at was very sticky. It was gross. The Starbucks experience that you used to get is just completely gone now.

Went there and bought some coffee and sit , want to use the restroom they said is closed because of the dream cruise on Woodward go down the street and use some other business bathroom, I don’t recommend it this place treats there customers badly with no respect even when I went before I have to ask them for the code for the restroom to use it why would I go there there is more than ten coffee shop in the same area never go there again

By Starbucks standards this one is pretty good. I think it’s one of their Signature stores. I like being able to get a real coffee cup. It’s a nice location to watch the nice cars driving by downtown Birmingham.

I have been a regular at Starbucks in Birmingham for years. The current team there is amazing! Saris always greets me with a smile and is so beyond kind. While my dad was in the hospital his kindness meant the world. The best drinks, the best vibes!!!!

Michael, that associate at the counter on Saturday morning on Saturday, March 8th was rude and condescending when I asked about getting a refill. He wanted me to place my travel cup inside a cup he provided. I asked, “What do you want me to do with this cup?” He laughed and said, “Put your cup inside. Have you never been here before?” I said, “No, I haven’t.”
I’ve been to many Starbucks and never seen it done this way. The usually just ask me to remove my life and handle my cup with gloves.

Quite possibly the friendliest staff in all of Metro Detroit. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and it can get quite busy at times, they never miss a beat and the wait is never that long. Huge spaces for meetings and to sit down, and when the weather is nice, you can sit outside as well. This location is always quite clean and just completed a major renovation so it’s brand new. 5 stars in my book and it’s a regular stop in the morning and afternoon for me.

The best Starbucks I have been to in a long time. Very polite, professional and friendly staff. The coffee shop is very clean and comfy. Nice place to unwind. If I come back to Birmingham, it will be because of this Starbucks. The drinks were super fresh.
