I have been to this location (along with many others) several times and always have the best experience! While the food is just plain overpriced ($15 starting for a salad/bowl) for similar quality/portions to Chipotle, I have no other complaints. The staff here is super efficient, attentive, and upbeat! Thanks for always taking great care of me!

The food is very good but be careful at the checkout! Unfortunately the crddit card system they use is very confusing and slow. It's a real challenge to figure out how much to tip! Crazy, buttons are under the percentages, the cashier is not helpful or pleasant, terrible I definitely will never go back!!

I visited the store for the first time to pick up an order for door dash. It’s two racks soon as you walk in. One say pick ups one says mobile orders. The pickup side is filled with orders in alphabetical order. The Mobile pick up side was completely empty. So I looked at the names to see if one was my order. In which an employee walked up and asked (are you looking for something sir) I then told him. He then turns around grab my order (noticeably irritated) and just passed it too me. As if I should know they were holding orders behind the counter although the sign that they have says it’ll be on the rack. See how confusing that is. I offered my apologies but he handed me the bag and walked off without saying anything. I know restaurants work is hard. But I didn’t see the same thing with other dashers picking up orders. The franchise or store owner came up with the decision to have the two racks to help the flow of traffic. But what’s the point if you’re going to hold all the mobile pick up orders behind the counter. And especially if it’s going to upset an employee seeing an customer looking at receipts then maybe a sign will be helpful. I visited the store February 7th @ 11:50 and it was an older gentlemen with glasses. I must definitely felt discriminated against.

My favorite place for yummy, adorable and healthy food! The hot honey chicken is the most incredible dish I've ever had. We've gotten take out a couple times and delivery once. There have never been any issues. Looking forward to trying all of the dishes.

Portions inconsistent, it’s a gamble who makes your salad. Not generous with the lettuce, cmon it’s a salad! Then your machine wants to ask if I want to tip? Better work for it!

Tried for the first time tonight and was happy with my experience. I ordered the harvest bowl which was really good and it was a big portion. Employees were friendly and courteous. I saw a few employees taking time to help explain to another customer all their options and helped make suggestions for her to choose, which I thought was great customer service. While the food is a bit overpriced (IMHO), it is a healthy food alternative in the downtown BHam area. So, why 3 Stars?My office has ordered from here about 4-5 times, and EVERY TIME the food is not ready on time. I'd rather be given a realistic timeframe, rather than having one of my employees wait there for 15-20 minutes. NOT COOL.So, the 3 Stars is bc the price point is high and the food is never ready on time. The positive side of the 3 Stars is because the employees are always kind and helpful, and the food tastes great.I'd suggest coming here and ordering ahead of time, but arriving a good 12-15 minutes later than they tell you.
