It’s a no for me. Not impressed at all! Veggies hard and undercooked.

We go to Sy thai often and it’s always good. The food is delicious, the service is consistently great, and it’s always a nice place to eat.

Was quite literally bullied by my server every step of the way. Truly floored by how rude he was and will never return even though I liked the food.

When considering all factors I rate this place a solid 4 stars. The customer service we received was great! Wait times, water refill, and overall approach was stellar. The atmosphere is about cookie cutter as any Thai place. The food portions were large and tasty. I’d say the taste are more generic and will attract a bigger audience. The menu selection was larger than expected. It lacked a more authentic punch; not a bad thing as that might scare off a few. Based on the foot traffic we saw and the amount of to go orders pick up this looks like a popular place. I found the price points to be quite reasonable for Birmingham. Yes, I’d give these guys a thumbs up and recommendation.

We ordered from here through door dash and it was the worst food order I have ever had. One of our items was completely missing. We asked for no peanuts and our order had peanuts. The worst thing though was that the chicken satay arrived raw. I have never had this happen in my life. We called the restaurant and they said there was nothing they could do because we ordered through door dash. Avoid this restaurant. We will never order from here again.
Waiting time exceeded. 40 minutes ago they said to wait 10 minutes. And the order was made in advance. More than an hour of preparation

The BEST Thai in Metro Detroit. Parking can be a pain, go to the structure behind. Meat is cooked fresh, not added at end and cooked hours ago. Pad Thai, Rice, drunken noodle, pad Pak-Prik, Pad see-ew all must haves. . everything is so good. Lunch soup terrific. Nothing better than Sy Thai!

First, Asian cuisine is my favorite and Sy Thai is a super place for authentic Thai. You’re able to modify the heat index but since I enjoy hot pad Thai and Tom yum servings, I’ve never been disappointed! The atmosphere is simple, almost drab; however, the food is not to miss.

Never had a bad experience love the Troy location. But today went for lunch for the 1st time arrived before 3 was told we would have to pay dinner price and I didn’t understand why so I left. I called before we drove that far so it was upsetting

Laid back atmosphere and the very waitress was very attentive and friendly. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d stop by again.

I used to love this place, but it’s gone downhill. I ordered a dish with red coconut curry sauce, but they served it with brown sauce instead—completely off. For the price, I expected better accuracy and quality. Such a disappointment for what was once one of my favorite spots.
