Website states changing beer prices every 15 minutes and was excited for this concept….staff acted like I was crazy when I asked about this. Recommend updating your website or honoring your specials. Website is completely misleading, average bar without an atmosphere.

If you’re looking for an Irish pub keep walking. This is far from an Irish pub, atmosphere is not cozy, lights are on full blast at 9pm, white marble tables in an Irish pub? What? Has this owner ever been to Dublin? White walls in an Irish pub? Could be a cool place with some help. Staff is rude, food has no taste, fish n chips need help. You want a real Irish pub feel with great food. Go to Clawson and go to Gus’s Snug! Fantastic food and a real Irish pub. This place may want to spend a day there

Walked mid afternoon. Sat at bar. Bartender not at all busy. Ignored for a long time. Several other young people walked in and sat at the bar and were serviced immediately. Had to leave. Very rude and poor service.

Well can’t leave much of a review on food. We never got to try the food. We were there in the afternoon enjoying some beers. They were also out of half their draft beers. No one else was in there. The manager/owner Mitch, whoever he is, came up to us and informed us my 3 year old son could not sleep on the couch. I’ve been working in restaurants for 16 years and have never heard of that rule ever. I’ve had children pass out in many of my restaurants and never said anything. He was completely rude about it too. I’ve tried searching for this rule but can’t find anything. So we decided to finish our beers and told them to forget about the food. Was my first time there and I will never be back. I take pride in my customer service as I’m a manager for multiple bars and I would never treat any customer like that.

We walked in on the back side of the restaurant/bar. A young gentleman greeted us and he was very pleasant. The bar tender however seemed irritated and exhausted that we were at her bar. She sighed when we asked for a menu and once again when we asked about where the cocktails were listed. It seems as we were interrupting her work day. We ended up just getting up and leaving.

We recently had a welcome drinks party for our wedding at The DOW. The team we worked with were so helpful throughout the entire process. They clearly explained how they run parties like this and were more than accommodating to any request we had like being able to bring flowers in to place on the tables they reserved for us. We and all of our guests had a great time and we look forward to having more parties there in the future! Thank you!!

Horrible menu. The corned beef slider was so dry, thought it was bacon when it was served. Just bar food at best. Just a local bar for drinks with friends.
