Don’t order thru the app at this location. If they don’t have what you order they give you a large runaround to refund your money. It’s as if they’re trying to make you give up and then they just keep your money without giving you anything

I arrived at 2:30 in the morning to get coffee because Google says that it's 24 hours. I tried to go through the drive-thru but it was blocked off with traffic cones. Inside I was meant by a gentleman who would not give me coffee. Said that there was no coffee available at the moment until 5:00 a.m. I told him about the 24 hours and he shrugged his shoulders at me. I went out of my way to get Tim Hortons coffee and this is what I met with unacceptable. Do not use this location if you expect to get coffee 24 hours a day.

Several experiences, same results. The food is decent especially for the price. The drinks on the other hand, Matcha would be good if mixed and the sweet tea was disgusting which was known before I left but I was not offered a replacement, instead condiments to fix the drink myself.
