Seems they just send them out the door no matter what. And this Tim Hortons #5 meal was a dollar more than any other Tim Hortons I've been a customer of.

Drive through ordering system and service was bad. Stuck in a tunnel for over 20 minutes. Then they screwed up by leaving off a sandwich , which we had repeated to the guy taking the order at least 3 times when placing our order. The only solution offered by the woman at the window was for us to go back around through tunnel for another long wait.

I got an iced coffee from here and it was average. It’s always hit and mess with Tim Hortons. Sometimes it’s really good sometimes it’s really bad and sometimes it’s just average. I don’t really go there and get iced coffee anymore because it’s so inconsistent. But I mean it’s Tim Hortons so what do you want?

Highly recommend this location excellent service and atmosphere loved the outside seating and rooftop, had the mocha crunch it was flawless!!!

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited. I had a several minute long conversation with them about how they cannot give me a cup of whipped cream. Refused to give me whipped cream. I ordered egg bites I was the. Told we are out of those. I ordered chili it was cold.
I will not be returning and wish I could get a refund.

Not very good at customer service and very bad at attention to detail when taking orders don't order the sandwiches absolutely horrible practically fell apart in my hand.

Haven't been to this location in about 6 months because of service. Thought I try it out again. I won't be back! I think the service got worse. Guy at front counter had a bad attitude, slam stuff on the counter. Pretty much hated his job. Another worker seem to be in a daze. If he was moving any slower he would be going backwards. No sense of urgency. People were waiting around for their order. A lady asked about her bagels and after waiting a long time walked out. No sign of any direction or management. I will never be back to this location again. It too bad the manager doesn't take reviews seriously because this location could be a gold mine.

The food is alright and coffee seems to be good. The reason for the two stars, if you’re in a rush absolutely do not come here it’s the slowest service and you’re stuck in a tunnel with no way out. Some people have a good attitude but the bigger lady has a terrible attitude and speaks to you like you’re an idiot. I’ll end up coming back as long as I’m not busy and in a mood to deal with poor attitudes

I was looking for a new place for coffee and had exactly 10 minutes to spare before a vip meeting across the street, so unfortunately, I went into this Tim Hortons that shares space w a gas station off Woodward in Birmingham. Wow! What a mistake!!! I have never and will never ever go back! They said "I'll be right w you". "Ok thanks!" (sure but there was nobody waiting.) 5 mins later this guy comes in and goes right up to the front line bypassing the fact that I'm waiting to order and the worse thing is the female worker giggling like a school girl which she was certainly NOT, took his not so small order while I'm standing there dumbfounded staring at both of their clueless faces. I did make eye contact w another worker in the back, bless her heart, who was just as shocked as I was. They were laughing and joking while I'm still standing there now well over 10 mins so I walked out to leave. Would you believe the same self absorbed jacko that cut the line had not even parked in a parking spot but parked behind me and another parked car making it literally impossible for me to leave!?! Now, I'm furious and flabbergasted that someone feels they are so entitled and mind boggling rude that they can cut lines and block others from leaving too. God I'm glad I'm not like that! More though, the fact that Tim Hortons allows this type of prioritizing is called discrimination! Too bad for them since I leave 50% tips. Does the self absorbed guy that has no respect for anyone leave a tip at all? I highly doubt it!!! He was too absorbed w himself to think of anyone else!!! Never again will I walk into any Tim Hortons!

This place is horrible! I come here because it’s convenient on my way to work and many many times they have messed up my order.. give me bagel without cream cheese, or hot coffee when I order an iced coffee..sometimes they just add heaps and heaps of milk and pounds of sugar when all I ask for is a double double. The African American gentlemen here is great and always gets my order right but when it’s not him… my order is always wrong. Today was the last straw. I get short changed and I do not even get an apology. The girl just puts the money in my hand and hands me over a hot coffee… again I had ordered iced . They do not pay attention to what you order. And to be honest they should do a random drug test because half the time these workers look like they are in a daze. Will not ever be coming back! 2 years of inconsistencies.

I had an issue where my online order couldn’t be fulfilled at the restaurant, and now both the app support and the restaurant are claiming that they can’t refund me. I went in to speak to a manager and asked for a number to call back at, and they gave me a disconnected phone number. Either the most crooked franchise ever or just run by morons, but either way avoid it like the plague
