Great food, perfect smoothie just the way I like it! Amiyah served me and was so nice and knowledgeable about what i could order... She definitely helped me make a great decision on lunch!

Picked up and was ready on time but my smoothie tasted like it had no flavor. And this is one I get often while working. Just was made really weak and that's frustrating cause I used my points for it.

Today I had ordered online, only to receive an email 3 minutes before scheduled pick up that the order did not go through.

Upon entering the store, no one greeted me, but instead ignored me. As I was with a baby, I was hoping to be in and out quickly.

The elderly worker was extremely rude.

I had been to this location 2 other times previously and had no complaints and left a nice tip.

Today I left no tip. Absolutely appalling.

Tried a new smoothie and a recommendation from a employee and was happy I did

Placed a online mobile order through the Tropical Smoothie App, not doordash or uber eats. Arrived 5 minutes before my pick up time and sat waiting patiently. About 10 minutes later the food is up and ready but still no smoothie. I wait and watch order after order get taken and served to those that had come in after me.. still waiting for a smoothie. The lack of urgency and intent by the so called manager with as many people that were sitting and waiting was abhorrent. I know child labor is cheap to but it does not help if they aren’t properly trained and or ready to work.

Tried this for the first time today and experienced a horrendous wait time. My to go order took roughly 1 hour to complete for 1 smoothie, 1 wrap, cookie, and banana. Ordered at 1:55, promised at 2:05. Sat in the store waiting for 45 minutes and got my order at 2:50.

Would have been great to see a manager or owner roll up their sleeves and help the one employee get some orders out…but instead there were just a whole lot of people waiting around and apologizing to the poor guy for not having any help.

Very poor service from this location. I used to frequent the location at Telegraph and Square Lake and I may consider the extra 15 minute drive next time. I ordered curbside, where the instructions were to call the phone number on the sign. I did so, it rang for like 2 minutes, and then I heard someone on the other end of the line pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Maybe if you’d answer the phone, it would stop ringing? After that, I called again when it was past my order pickup time and a very crabby older woman brought me my smoothie and I had to tell her that there was also a sandwich on the order to which she did not look at me or reply to me whatsoever other than sticking her finger up at me possibly telling me to wait? Came back out and muttered something about it not being a drive though. I’m parked in a parking lot, clearly I am well aware it’s not a drive through. To top it all off, I drove back to work to eat my lunch and she gave me someone else’s food.

Working tip for the crotchety RUDE old woman working at this location, if you can’t handle working customer service after I did nothing but ordered online and followed clear instructions in front of me, DON’T work customer service.
