Food is delicious. Fresh bread and jam hits the spot. Bacon is very good. Not cheap pork bacon. Sausage patties were pretty good. Didn't taste like the frozen ones from big grocery store. Extra charge for onions in the hashbrowns. Hashbrowns I do not think are homemade or fresh but that's okay. Maybe I am wrong but they seemed to be like a frozen type. OM eggs were cooked perfect. Ham was a thicker cut but very good and not salty. Gravy had just a little too much pepper...
Blissfield is a (relatively) small town in southern Michigan. When I travel I prefer to eat local. So I picked Beckey's when I was nearby. What an unexpected surprise! Beckey's got it all right! The food (I had the perch special) was perfect. The service was great. And the atmosphere was just what you'll want ... A small town friendly joint. Next time I'm in the neighborhood at meal time I'm going to Beckey's.
First time at this cute little home cooking restaurant in Blissfield during a break between baseball games. We had a hard time deciding as the menu was expansive and everything sounded good. Two of us ended up having breakfast-one of the egg specials with biscuits/gravy and sausage and the Hillbilly Hash—and our son had the Honey Butter Chicken, which included 1/2 a loaf of one of their homemade sweet breads. Everything was delicious, affordable and Jess, our server, was friendly...
