On 1/29 If you are open at 8 then I would expect you to be ready to work and take my order at that time. Honestly disappointed to have to wait 5 minutes while there were no other customers before I see any employees at the store. The employee did not greet me nor did they ask if I needed help. For as long as I was in the store by myself I could have made my own smoothie and walked out without paying. I would expect this from a store in Detroit not from a store in Bloomfield hills. Please teach/encourage your employees to do better. Terrible service but the smoothie was pretty good.

Absolutely horrible experience today!! I ordered 3 items via doordash, it took over an hour for only being 2 miles down the road. Only two items received, one missing. I asked for no ice in a drink that cost $10, yet there was ice. I tried calling the restaurant, 3 times but no answer, and no answering machine. This is completely unacceptable. How are you still in business?? This is called theft and I will be reporting this location.

The Ladies here always do such a great job! My Peanut Butter Mocha is always delicious! During the lunch rush they get busy but since adding the kiosk to order it has helped! Thanks for being consistent and delicious!

Shout out to the Bloomfield, MI location on Telegraph. I went in just before 7pm last night, not realizing they were about to close. The young woman who came up to greet me insisted that I proceed to order (I used to work in a restaurant so I know it can sometimes be a PITA to make food last minute after most everything is cleaned up and put away). The young woman who made my hummus and beet salad made the most delicious salad. I very much appreciated this quality service and food as I was super stressed about my kitty getting an emergency procedure at the ER vet up the road. If I'm ever out that way again, I will definitely stop at this location!

And for that reason I was excited to find out for myself!On September 29th, between 1:45 and 2:00 I called to place an order for my sons Football Party and sadly to say, I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes.After a few minutes, I called back and got no answer, 2nd time, again no answer. For every celebration we have, I will take my business elsewhere

Very rude service. You have one person behind the counter staring into space, another in the back at the MICROWAVE who can't keep their hands off of their face while preparing food. Just watched the one bite the head off of a delivery driver who was upset they had been standing there while their order just sat and got cold and nobody helped them. Overpriced and horrible attitudes. Won't be back.
