I stop here a few times a month on Saturdays and get 2 dozen bagels and they are always fresh along with great service!

The egg, cheese and plain bagel I picked up at the store was awful. The eggs were grayish and unappealing. The cheese was cold on the edges and sort of warm on top of the eggs but not melted. The sandwich as a whole was luke-warm. I took 2 bites and threw it away.

I’m originally from Brooklyn and am pretty picky about my bagels, Brooklyn Bagel hits the mark. I live in Plymouth but find myself at Brooklyn Bagel to get my fix. The outer layer isn’t too hard and bagel itself is soft in the inside. The egg bagel has the touch of sweetness I like. The cinnamon sugar bagel is another favorite of mine. I’ve switched to getting a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese and it’s perfect every time. The shop itself reminds me of the bagels shops in NYC. So happy to have found Brooklyn Bagel. It’s worth the drive for me.

The food was great and the service was phenomenal! Everyone was wonderful, but Precious was truly exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely appreciated—even with a to-go order. As I was leaving, she said, ā€œPlease come again,ā€ and it felt so sincere. She’s an absolute gem and a big part of why this is now my new go-to breakfast spot!

It's a great little place. People are awesome. Prices are crazy! A sandwich, bag of chips and bottle of pop for 25 bucks?! Sandwiches are good but not over 20 dollars good.

Insanely disappointing. Ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese, came borderline room temp and had the consistency of stale toasted bread. Thinnest layer of cream cheese I’ve ever seen. Paid about $4.50, please go elsewhere !! Bruegger’s or bagel factory are typically great

Have been coming here for years.Great food. Only one suggestion. Please have the staff use utensils when getting the lox out of the container. Although they use gloves, the same gloves are used to open the case, touch the scale, etc.

Excellent freshly baked bagels. We have tried nothing else there. But we like the New York style bagels.

Bagels are subpar and quite small from what I'm used to.. There was a long black hair in the jalapeno cream cheese. Not sure if they wear hair nets, but they should. Brings into question the entirety of their hygienic/food safety practices.

Average. Expensive for what I got. But I guess for Michigan it's ok. I will just wait to go back to NJ for real bagels
