The food was great and the service was phenomenal! Everyone was wonderful, but Precious was truly exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely appreciated—even with a to-go order. As I was leaving, she said, “Please come again,” and it felt so sincere. She’s an absolute gem and a big part of why this is now my new go-to breakfast spot!

It's a great little place. People are awesome. Prices are crazy! A sandwich, bag of chips and bottle of pop for 25 bucks?! Sandwiches are good but not over 20 dollars good.

Insanely disappointing. Ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese, came borderline room temp and had the consistency of stale toasted bread. Thinnest layer of cream cheese I’ve ever seen. Paid about $4.50, please go elsewhere !! Bruegger’s or bagel factory are typically great

Have been coming here for years.Great food. Only one suggestion. Please have the staff use utensils when getting the lox out of the container. Although they use gloves, the same gloves are used to open the case, touch the scale, etc.

Excellent freshly baked bagels. We have tried nothing else there. But we like the New York style bagels.

Bagels are subpar and quite small from what I'm used to.. There was a long black hair in the jalapeno cream cheese. Not sure if they wear hair nets, but they should. Brings into question the entirety of their hygienic/food safety practices.

Perfect bagels and coffee!

Average. Expensive for what I got. But I guess for Michigan it's ok. I will just wait to go back to NJ for real bagels

Pretty good bagels and nice staff. The deli itself screams local michigan.

Parking: Parking could be hard at peak hours.

zero stars. I had been to this place years ago and the owner was there then and was so rude. I haven’t been back in years. I thought everyone deserves a second chance. Big mistake. First , the owner asked if anybody was just getting bagels and a woman said she was and then she asked for cream cheese and he said “ so your not just getting bagels” in a very rude tone. Then a guy was telling him his order so he could pay and he was rudely telling the guy no that the workers needed to tell him the order. Then I got my club sandwich and 2 bagel sandwiches. The bag felt light and was small. My son gets club sandwiches all the time and they are huge and have 3 pieces of bread. I looked at the sandwich and he was telling another customer do they want the light lunch or the full sandwich? I ordered the full deli sandwich. This sandwich is 2 pieces of flat bread, some gross looking meat and scraps of bacon. I questioned if this was the full sandwich and the worker rattled off that there were 8 pieces of bacon yada yada . Yes there may be 8 scraps of bacon but not 8 full pieces. The sandwich was like $15. I wanted to give it back but I honestly never write reviews or cause a problem. This guy just really rubbed me the wrong way. Will never go back. Worst bagels ever. Go to New York or Jersey bagel. Save your money.

Food is always fresh and delicious. Bagels soft inside and the right amount of crunch on the outside. Live this place.
