Why do the employees pick up the lox with their gloves? What happened to using a utensil? They open the case with their gloves, touch the scale, etc. and whatever else. Very disturbing!
There food is really fresh, definitely love this place for that but they run out of bagels so fast. I always come here at a specific time due to work and driving 15 minutes and back for a favorite bagel they don't have honestly sucks.

I’m originally from Brooklyn and am pretty picky about my bagels, Brooklyn Bagel hits the mark. I live in Plymouth but find myself at Brooklyn Bagel to get my fix. The outer layer isn’t too hard and bagel itself is soft in the inside. The egg bagel has the touch of sweetness I like. The cinnamon sugar bagel is another favorite of mine. I’ve switched to getting a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese and it’s perfect every time. The shop itself reminds me of the bagels...
