Bruegger's Bagels

I work nearby and have had these bagels brought into the office a few times. They are always the freshest bagels and sooo good! The coffee’s good too👌🏼

Not sure about the other reviews I've heard. every time I've been there the service and bagels were great never had a problem coffee always hot place is always clean mgr seems like she cares about quality of food an her customers

I go to Brueggers almost every day. The ladies are so fast. I never wait. They know we are on our way to work. I can't start my day without their coffee. I think by now I have had everything on the menu and it's always good and fresh. I just can't say enough about this place. Super clean, so many reasons why I keep going back. 😀

Good food and great service

I have been a Brueggers frequent for years and love it. The staff at this location today were very rude and not welcoming. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese and this is what I got? Sad!

I decided to get bagels for the fam. I don't know why I just didn't go to my usual place; laziness I guess. I knew in the back of my mind that any time I had Bruegger's bagels, I didn't like them but I went against my instinct and bought a dozen.

I figured a shop in the middle of Bloomfield Hills must make good bagels. But my first instinct was spot on. Even Tim Horton's bagels are better than this.

Don't waste your time. There are much better bagel stores out there. This just isn't it.

I bought a baker's dozen and I had the sesame. Sesame bagels are my favorite and they have a very unique taste. Bruegger's sesame bagel tasted like chemicals. It was off. I can't pinpoint what the flavor is but it's not a sesame bagel. Plus, the bagel was flat like a blown tire. Not fluffy and thick like other places.

The woman who helped me was rude at first but I didn't react to her rudeness and she softened up a bit by the time she finished ringing me up.

This place just doesn't have a good vibe and the product is mediocre at best. Even mediocre is being overly generous.

I hate to leave bad reviews but honestly these bagels are horrible. I wish I didn't have to leave this review but with the price of everything these days, you're better off going to a grocery store and buying their bagels. It's just not worth it here.

Ordered a vegetarian bagel sandwich and a smoked salmon sandwich for lunch. Paid on line for pick up. bag was ready and on the shelf… grabbed it and got back to work. And guess what … I got two huge bacon sausage egg sandwiches instead of what I ordered!! Went back and the staff was barely apologetic… made the sandwiches badly with poor quality veggies and made no effort to make us want to ever come back here!! Just bad bad quality food and service!! Photos to prove this nonsense… who needs this on a busy day!!
