Stopped in to pick up bagels & 2 cream cheese containers for a few people at the office. When asked if I’d like a knife, I said sure, three would be great. I was told only one?? I asked for a small bag for the two cream cheese containers and was refused a bag? Horrible service!!

Stopped in to use the balance on a gift card I received 3 years ago. The 2 ladies are TERRIFIC. Very attentive, even ask my name. The cream cheese spread's are Tasty ! Bagels so fresh. Will be back.

Where have you been all my life? Your everything bagels are covered, both sides. Your "hash browns" are not. They are magical little balls of cheesy potatoes that dance on my taste buds. Calling them hash browns is an insult to the food you serve. 11/10.

You will be rushed to order your food. And then do not plan on eating it there, as there is no seating. But if you attempt to stand and eat your bagel while chatting with a coworker for more than 3 minutes, you will be asked to leave as you are loitering. Completely ridiculous.

Bagel was just fine, but they eliminated their dining area (won’t even let you stand and eat) and didn’t mention that until my kids were already started on their breakfast. What is the point of a breakfast bagel shop where you can’t eat? They also ask for tips at the counter.

I have been a huge fan of Brueggers for over 20 years, mostly because their bagels have always been so good with a crust on the outside that made them authentic and delicious. They have always boiled their bagels before baking, which gives them that denser, chewy texture. I don't know what's happened but the bagel I had on this visit had no chewiness or crust. It was disappointing!Additionally, this location at least seems to have permanently eliminated their dining room (never reopened after the pandemic). I am not sure if that is a corporate decision or a store one, but it seems short-sighted as folks who want to sit down and eat or have a quick breakfast meeting will surely go elsewhere.The staff was friendly and service was quick.

The staff, particularly the cashier staff, here is incompetent. I decided today I will not go here anymore after yet another frustrating, irrational experience. It's a pity because it's super convenient as a location. But they run this business like an afterthought and it shows.
